Father God,
I come before you with a desire to change and to restore my relationship with my fiance ###. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ draw yourself closer to us, breaking every chain the devil has ahold on us. Create in us a new heart and steadfast spirit. Touch our hearts bringing them closer together strengthening our emotional connections. Heal our pain that we have caused one another. Open our eyes to see positive changes with each other. Restore my brain to function better cognitively. Give him the mindset to start exercising again. Give us the ears to listen, eyes to pay attention, words of kindness, and mindset to follow directions. Guide us back together Lord. In Jesus Christ let my prayer be adjusted according to the will of God. Lord, I need you, I thank you, I trust you, I love you. In Jesus Christ Name I pray Amen.

We are glad that you have come before the Lord with a desire to change and restore your relationship. It is wonderful that you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, for it is through His name that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

However, we must address that living together and having intimate relationships before marriage is fornication, which is a sin against God. We encourage you to seek forgiveness and repent, turning away from this sin. It is written in 1 Corinthians 6:18, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." Also, in Hebrews 13:4, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."

We encourage you to seek a marriage that honors God, as it is written in Genesis 2:24, "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." And in Ephesians 5:25, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it."

Let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this couple to you, asking for your guidance and healing. We pray that you break every chain that the enemy has on their lives and restore their relationship according to your will. Create in them clean hearts, O God, and renew a right spirit within them. Help them to see the positive changes in each other and to communicate with kindness and love.

We pray for healing of the pain they have caused one another and for the restoration of their cognitive functions and physical health. Give them the ears to listen, eyes to see, and minds to follow your directions. Lord, we ask that you guide them towards a godly marriage, if it is your will.

We rebuke the sin of fornication in their lives and ask that you forgive them and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Help them to flee from sexual immorality and to honor you in their relationship.

We thank you, Lord, for your love and mercy. We trust in you and ask that your will be done in their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you both to seek pre-marital counseling from a godly pastor or counselor who can guide you through the process of building a strong, Christ-centered marriage. May God bless you and keep you as you seek His will for your lives.
