Father God,
I come before you with a desire to change my ways and restore my relationship with my fiance C.M. I ask In the mighty name of Jesus Christ that you draw yourself closer to us, breaking every chain the devil has ahold on us. Create in us a new heart and a steadfast spirit. Touch our hearts healing every pain we have caused one another replacing it with love to flow freely through us for each other. Set calmness, understanding, knowledge, and kindness when speaking to one another. Give us the ears to listen eyes to pay attention, and mindset to follow directions. Shine your light upon us, so we can see one another shine bright. Give him the eyes to see recognize my improvements and consistency, and the heart to want to work things out. Help us be considerate when it comes to each others feelings. Give me the strength, knowledge, heart, love, patience to restore what I have broken. Give us the heart and mindset to put each other before ourselves. I pray that he will feel loved, appreciation and happiness by me. First, we must address the spiritual foundation of your relationship. As believers, we are called to be equally yoked with our spouses. 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB reminds us, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" It is crucial that both you and ### are committed followers of Jesus Christ. If not, we encourage you to share the Gospel with him and pray for his salvation.

Regarding your relationship, it is important to remember that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. While you refer to ### as your fiancé, it is our prayer that your courtship will be honoring to God, leading to a marriage that reflects His love for His church. Ephesians 5:25 WEB says, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it"

We pray that God will create in both of you a new heart and a steadfast spirit, as you have requested. Ezekiel 36:26 WEB says, "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." We agree with you that every chain the devil has on you both will be broken, and that calmness, understanding, knowledge, and kindness will characterize your interactions.

Colossians 3:12-14 WEB says "Put on therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do. Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection."

We pray that God will give you both the ears to listen, eyes to pay attention, and a mindset to follow His directions. We ask that He will shine His light upon you both, so that you may see each other as He does. We pray for ###, that God will give him the eyes to see and recognize your improvements and consistency, and the heart to want to work things out.

As for any sins that have been committed, we remind you of I Corinthians 6:18 WEB, "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."

Therefore, we must ask, have either of you been guilty of sexual immorality in your past? This is also called fornication or possibly adultery. If so, we encourage you to repent and turn from this sin, seeking God's forgiveness and the forgiveness of each other. The Word says in I John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Finally, we pray that you both will put each other before yourselves, as Philippians 2:3 WEB says, "Let nothing be done through strife or conceit, but in lowliness of mind, each counting others better than himself."

Heavenly Father, we lift up this couple to You, asking for Your will to be done in their lives and their relationship. We pray for their restoration and for Your guidance in their journey together. We ask that You will mold them into the people You have called them to be, and that Your love will flow freely through them for each other. We pray that ### will feel loved, appreciated, and happy with his fiancée, and that they will both put each other before themselves. We ask for Your strength, wisdom, heart, love, and patience to work in their lives. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
