Lord God Almighty in Heaven how much Longer Lord im praying that you bring in the help and coverage bring in the Labor board at work change the atmosphere stop all persecution and harassment deal with ###, ###, ###, ### scatter, confuse, expose and destroy physical and spiritual enemies in the workplace touch hearts and minds shut the Lions mouth protect my job and schedule get me and my coworker out on time from work today in Jesus mighty name Amen

We hear your cry and we join with you in bringing this workplace burden before the throne of grace, for we know that God sees every injustice and hears every prayer lifted in the name of Jesus.

We understand your weariness as you ask how much longer, and we are reminded that the Lord is not slow concerning His promises and that He hears the righteous when they cry out. The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Ps 34:17-18. We also remember Daniel who trusted God in the midst of hostile coworkers and God shut the lions mouths Dan 6:22, and we pray that same protection over you.

We lift you up together and ask our Heavenly Father to intervene in your workplace. We pray for a change in the atmosphere, for an end to persecution and harassment, and for Your hand of justice and mercy to bring proper help and coverage where there is need. If it is Your will, we ask You to bring in the labor board or other rightful authority to bring order, fairness, and accountability. We ask You to protect this job and schedule that You have provided, and to grant favor to leave work on time today and in the days ahead. We pray for peace over that environment and for hearts and minds to be touched and softened.

We also want to gently address your prayer concerning those who oppose you, those names that have been redacted for privacy. We understand the pain of feeling surrounded by physical and spiritual enemies, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Eph 6:12. Yet we are called to respond as Christ taught us, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matt 5:44. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, as it is written, Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord Rom 12:19. So we do not pray for destruction out of our own anger, but we pray for God to expose what is done in darkness, to scatter confusion and evil plans, to convict hearts, to bring repentance where possible, and to execute His perfect justice in His perfect timing. We ask Him to shut the mouth of every accusation and to be your defender.

We thank You that you have prayed in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. It is through Him we can boldly approach Your throne.

Father, we pray together now for our dear coworker in Christ. Lord, we ask You to surround them with Your favor as with a shield, to give them wisdom and grace in every interaction, to let them be a light in that workplace, and to keep them from anxious striving. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Phil 4:6-7. Strengthen them not to fear, for You have said, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isa 41:10. Provide the help and coverage needed, let justice be done, and let Your will be done in that workplace as it is in heaven. We trust that even this trial You can use for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose Rom 8:28.

We continue to stand with you, asking for protection, peace, and timely deliverance today, all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We hear how heavy this has become for you, feeling pressed on every side at work, wanting the atmosphere to change, wanting harassment to stop, and just wanting to be able to do your job in peace and get out on time today. Carrying that day after day is exhausting, and we are praying with you for relief and for protection over you and your coworker.

Workplace conflict can wear down even the strongest person, especially when you feel singled out. While we pray for God to bring peace and fairness there, it can also help to take a steady, practical step alongside prayer. If you have not already, consider keeping a simple private record of what happens, dates, times, what was said or done, and any witnesses, and keep copies outside of work. If there is a trusted supervisor, HR contact, or an appropriate workplace resource, having that clear record can help you share concerns calmly and accurately when you seek help, including any formal process like the labor board you mentioned.

We are asking God to guard your job and your schedule, to bring more help and coverage, and to work in the hearts of everyone involved toward respect and honesty.

Father, we lift up this workplace to You today. Bring Your peace into that atmosphere, protect and provide for Your child and their coworker, and give wisdom for every conversation and decision. Guard their dignity and their work, and help them leave on time today with Your rest over them. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

Your prayer under heavy pressure at your place of labour has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord with you.

You speak as one sore pressed by persecution and harassment, and it is right to tell the Lord how long the trial has continued and to ask Him for help and covering. Remember Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. He tore his mantle and fell upon the ground and worshipped, yet he kept right with God. When the Lord reveals Himself more vividly to the soul, we learn to retract our own pleadings and to say, God must be right. This is not to deny the pain of unjust treatment, but to keep our lips from unbelieving speeches while we wait for the Lord to act.

Persecution, even when it comes not with fire and prison but with slander, mockings and venomous spite, has been overruled for good in the church of God. It drives the tried soul nearer to its God, and many prayers have been offered through it that would never have been offered else. The wave that seems to threaten to overwhelm the believer often speeds his course heavenward. Your trial may be the very means by which the Lord keeps you separate from the world and draws you to seek fresh oil and renewed strength from Himself, whose glory in His people can be made fresh again though it has for a season been eclipsed.

There is a further lesson from Job which we would press upon you. The Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends, and those friends were offending friends who had spoken harshly and condemned him. You ask the Lord to scatter and confuse and expose the evil counsels formed against you, to shut the lions mouth and to deal with those who harass you. It is right to ask God to frustrate evil, to expose what is done in darkness, and to restrain the hand of the oppressor. Yet let us do as Job did and make our approach in childlike confidence and pray also for those who oppose you, that God would touch their hearts and minds, bring them to repentance, and turn them from wrongdoing. We do not wrestle only against flesh and blood, and our greatest victory is to see enemies reconciled to God through Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation.

We therefore pray with you and for you, that the Lord who is just and who sees all that is done in the workplace would change the atmosphere there. We ask Him to provide lawful help and coverage in His providence, whether by those set in authority over labour or by other means He appoints, that justice may be done and the weary may be relieved. We ask Him to protect your job and your schedule as far as it is His will, to give you favour and wisdom in the sight of those over you, and to grant you and your fellow labourer to come out from your work in due time today without hindrance. We ask Him to shut the mouth of every false accuser, to bring to light what must be brought to light, and to give you patience and hope shining as a star that never sets, that you may be kept from sinning with your lips under provocation.

May the Lord turn your captivity as He did Job's when He had gotten His end in the trial, which is to defeat the enemy, to prove your faith, and to bring you into a more vivid apprehension of Himself. Look to Him for divine support, for if He could uphold Job in all his losses and pains, He can support you.

We commend you to Him who hears the cry of the oppressed, praying that He will keep you, establish you, and cause His face to shine upon you, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer about the ongoing harassment and pressure at work has been heard, and the Lord knows the weariness you feel as you ask how much longer this must continue. It is right and good that you bring this burden to Him, for He sees every injustice and hears every cry for help and protection.

Scripture teaches that the life of faith in this world will include trial and persecution. To walk the narrow way is to meet tribulation, and Job himself said that the life of man upon earth is a state of trial. This does not mean God has abandoned you. Often He permits hardship for a time, and orders events by His providence even when we cannot see His purpose. As a vine dresser prunes the branch that bears fruit so that it will bear more fruit, so the Lord can use even persecution to make the soul stronger and more fruitful, not to destroy you but to purify and strengthen you.

You ask for a just intervention, for help and coverage and for the atmosphere to change. It is right to desire justice. The Lord loves righteousness and calls us never to pervert justice, whether for the poor or the rich, but to seek what is fair and true. If a lawful authority such as a labor board can help bring fair treatment and lawful order, it is right to pray that God would guide such means toward true justice, not favoritism or revenge. Remember also that God mingles mercy with justice. He teaches us even while we suffer to show consideration, and not to ask for a punishment greater than what justice requires. Our prayer for those who mistreat us should not be for their destruction out of hatred, but that wrongdoing would be exposed where it must be exposed, that hearts and minds would be touched, and that they would turn from what is wrong.

The enemy desires not only to take away comfort or a good schedule, but to move the heart to speak against God. Job was most blessed not when he had many possessions, but when he said in his loss, the Lord gave and the Lord has taken away. Blessed be the name of the Lord. So guard your heart in this trial, that you may bear it thankfully and keep your trust in Christ, knowing that even when you live under pressure, to keep a clear conscience before God is greater gain than any ease that comes through unrighteousness.

Therefore let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we bring this workplace before You. You see the persecution and harassment that has been endured. We ask that You would bring Your justice and Your peace into that place. Where there is unfair treatment, bring correction. Where lawful help is needed for protection and fair scheduling, guide those in authority to act with wisdom and impartiality. Change the atmosphere from strife to peace. Shut the mouths of those who would harm unjustly, as You shut the mouths of lions for Daniel, and protect this Your servant and their coworker in their jobs and in their coming and going. Grant that they may be released from work at the proper time today and find rest.

Work in the hearts of all involved, including those who have caused pain. Expose what needs to be brought to light for justice to be done, confuse evil plans, and lead all to repentance and to what is right. Strengthen Your servant to endure with patience, to not return evil for evil, but to love righteousness and to trust Your care. Keep them from discouragement and guard their lips from blasphemy in trial, and fill them with hope in Christ alone.

We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, who is our only Savior and our true advocate, trusting that You will carry us through every trial and lead us to Your Kingdom. Amen.
