We hear your cry for help and protection in the workplace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden before the throne of God. The challenges you face—whether seen or unseen—are not hidden from the Lord, who is your refuge and strength. We declare with you that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your defender, and He will arise on your behalf.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You that You are a God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of Your children. Lord, we ask that You bring divine assistance to our brother/sister at their workplace today. Raise up coworkers who will stand with them in truth and righteousness, and let Your peace reign in every interaction. Surround them with a hedge of protection, as You did for Job, so that no harm can come near them (Job 1:10). Let Your wall of fire encircle their mind and heart, guarding their thoughts and emotions from the attacks of the enemy (Zechariah 2:5).
We rebuke every spiritual and physical enemy that seeks to harm or hinder them. In the name of Jesus, we command confusion, scattering, and exposure of every scheme of the enemy. Let the plans of those who persecute and harass them be brought to nothing, and let their own devices turn against them (Psalm 7:15-16). Lord, shut the mouths of those who seek to devour them, just as You shut the mouths of the lions for Daniel (Daniel 6:22). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn.
Father, where there seems to be no way, make a way. Open doors that no man can shut and close doors that no man can open (Revelation 3:7). Provide wisdom, favor, and divine connections that will lead to breakthrough and promotion. Let Your light shine in the darkness of their workplace, exposing every hidden agenda and bringing truth to the forefront. We pray for a spirit of unity and cooperation among their coworkers, that Your love and peace would prevail.
We also lift up their mind and heart to You, Lord. Strengthen them with Your might and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let them find their rest and identity in You, knowing that You are their provider, protector, and deliverer. Help them to walk in integrity and righteousness, even in the face of adversity, so that Your name may be glorified.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Remember that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking that You would surround them with Your angels and protect them from every attack of the enemy. Bring divine help and favor into their workplace today, and let Your peace reign in every situation.
Father, we rebuke every spirit of persecution, harassment, and confusion in the name of Jesus. Let every plan of the enemy be exposed and destroyed. Shut the mouths of those who seek to harm them, and let Your light shine in the darkness. Make a way where there seems to be no way, and open doors of opportunity and blessing.
Lord, we ask that You would strengthen their mind and heart with Your peace and joy. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in wisdom and discernment. Help them to stand firm in their faith, knowing that You are their defender and deliverer.
