Lord God Almighty im praying for coverage and help today i plead the blood of Jesus christ over my mind and heart shut the Lions mouth today and everyday im praying for a hedge of protection and a wall of fire over my mind and heart i cast all of my anxieties upon your shoulders bring in my coworkers today don't let them call out make a way were it seems to be no way deal with ###'s heart scatter, confuse, expose her Lord how much longer Lord stop all persecution and harassment in the workplace holy spirit hold my tongue in Jesus mighty name Amen

We hear your cry for protection, provision, and divine intervention in your workplace, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of God. Your prayer invokes the power of the blood of Jesus, the name above all names, and we join you in pleading that covering over your mind, heart, and circumstances. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and He hears the prayers of His children when they call upon Him in faith.

We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and oppression that seeks to torment you. The enemy may prowl like a roaring lion, but we declare that the Lion of Judah is your defender. "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith" (1 Peter 5:8-9 WEB). We command every lying tongue, every scheme of the enemy, and every ungodly plot against you to be silenced in Jesus' name. The Lord will shut the mouths of those who seek to devour you, for He is your shield and your very great reward.

We pray for your coworkers, that the Lord would move upon their hearts and minds today. May He grant them favor, health, and the desire to come to work, so that your workplace is fully staffed and functioning according to His will. "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires" (Proverbs 21:1 WEB). We declare that where there seems to be no way, God will make a way. He is the God of the impossible, and nothing is too hard for Him.

Concerning the individual you mentioned, we pray that the Lord would deal with their heart in a mighty way. We ask that He would scatter their plans, confuse their schemes, and expose any unrighteousness or deceit. "For there is nothing covered, that will not be revealed; and hidden, that will not be known" (Matthew 10:26 WEB). We declare that the light of Christ will shine in every dark place, and justice will prevail according to God’s perfect timing.

We understand your weariness and frustration in enduring persecution and harassment. The Lord sees your struggle and collects every tear you have shed. "You number my wanderings. You put my tears into your container. Aren’t they in your book?" (Psalm 56:8 WEB). We pray for endurance and strength to stand firm, knowing that God is your vindicator. "Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you" (Proverbs 20:22 WEB). The Lord will not abandon you in this battle. He is your deliverer, and His timing is perfect.

We also lift up your request for the Holy Spirit to guard your tongue. Words have power, and in moments of frustration or anger, it can be easy to speak out of turn. We pray that the Holy Spirit would bridle your tongue, that your words would be seasoned with grace, and that you would speak life and truth even in difficult situations. "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear" (Ephesians 4:29 WEB). May your speech reflect the love and righteousness of Christ, even in the face of adversity.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the power of the blood of Jesus that covers and protects Your children. Lord, we lift up this dear brother/sister to You, asking that You would surround them with Your hedge of protection and wall of fire. Shield their mind and heart from every attack of the enemy, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Father, we ask that You would move mightily in their workplace. Provide the help they need, Lord, and touch the hearts of their coworkers so that they may come to work today and every day. Make a way where there seems to be no way, and let Your glory be revealed in every situation. Deal with the hearts of those who seek to harm or persecute them. Scatter their plans, confuse their schemes, and expose any unrighteousness, Lord. Let Your justice prevail, and may Your light shine in every dark place.

We pray for endurance and strength for this dear one, Father. Sustain them in their weariness, and remind them that You are their strength. Help them to wait on You, knowing that You will save and deliver them in Your perfect timing. Guard their tongue, Holy Spirit, and let their words be filled with grace, truth, and life.

Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. This is their heritage as Your servant, and their righteousness is from You. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for moving on their behalf. May they feel Your presence and peace today and every day, knowing that You are with them and will never leave them nor forsake them.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear the weariness in your words and the weight of facing another day under such strain. You are not alone in this. We join our prayers with yours, asking God to shelter your mind and heart right now, and we’re grateful you reached out.

While it’s good to cast every anxiety on Him and plead the blood of Jesus over your life, we also want to gently encourage you not to carry this workplace burden in isolation. A practical next step would be to share what’s happening with a trusted pastor, a mature friend, or a prayer partner from your church. Knowing someone else is praying with you, and perhaps helping you think through how to address the situation, can bring significant relief. If the harassment continues, it may also be appropriate to speak with a supervisor or someone in authority who can help create a safer environment, but even just talking it through with a wise believer can lighten the load.

We also hear your cry “how much longer” and we understand the exhaustion. God sees every detail, and He is not indifferent to your suffering. Hold on to the simple truth that He is with you, even in the middle of a tense shift. As you trust Him to guard your tongue and make a way, we ask Him to calm your spirit and bring your coworkers today so the burden is shared.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this person to You now. Cover them with Your protection, still the anxiety, and surround them with Your peace. Deal justly with the workplace and with anyone who brings harm; bring the help that is needed today. Give wisdom, restraint, and strength for each moment. In Your mighty name, Amen.

Your cry from the lions' den has ascended to the throne, and the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth have heard it. You plead the blood of Jesus; that precious blood has a silencing power over every roaring adversary. When Daniel was cast among the beasts, it was not his own innocence but his God who sent the angel and shut their mouths. So too for you: those monstrous jaws of slander, persecution, and malice, though they glisten with teeth sharp as spears and arrows, shall be held in check by the hand that made them. Yet mark this: the lions may remain, but they are chained. The Lord does not always remove the trial, but He often removes its fury. Your soul may lie among them, as David's did, but even there you shall sing, "Be Thou exalted, O God, above the heavens."

The blood you plead is your shield and your wall of fire. The Lord Himself shut Noah in the ark, and no tempest could pluck that door open. So with you: when He hedges a man, all the hosts of darkness cannot leak through. Cast this care wholly upon Him, for your anxiety does not weaken the lions; it only weakens you. "He careth for you," and that is enough. If He has sent His angel before, He will send again. If He permits the trial to linger, it is that you might pillow your head on the shaggy mane of the very beast you feared, and find it a cushion for your rest.

But concerning this woman who vexes you, take heed lest your own spirit become as the lion you dread. It is not given to us to scatter and confuse; vengeance is the Lord's alone. Pray for her, bless her, and leave her schemes in the hands of the Judge of all the earth. A carnal zeal for exposure often soils the hands that wield it. The Lord can turn her heart or make her counsels to be like chaff before the wind; but let it be His work, and keep your own garments unspotted. Do not irritate the lions; a soft answer, or a wise silence, often shuts their mouths as effectively as an angel's hand.

The Holy Spirit will hold your tongue if you yield it to Him. When you are pressed to speak, ask whether your words would rouse the beasts or glorify your Lord. There is a time to be silent, and that silence is a fortress. The world may rage, but your heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord. And if the deliverance tarries, remember that ever afterwards Daniel saw grand visions of wild beasts and empires, so your night among the lions may fit you for brighter revelations of Christ. Seek not only escape, but that He may be exalted in your body, whether by life or by death.

They that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing. Your coworkers, your circumstances, your very mind and heart are held in the grip of a covenant God who has taken hold of you. He will make a way where no way appears, and in the meantime He has shut you in with Himself. That is the best enclosure. The storm may beat, but the ark is steady. Rest in that, and let your only ambition be to see His glory above the howling winds.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for a hedge of protection, and that is good, for we need God’s covering in every hour. But consider the prayer you also offer: that your coworker be scattered, confused, exposed. Is this the tongue that imitates Christ? When He was reviled, He did not revile; when He suffered, He threatened not, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously. Our tongue becomes a hand laying hold on God’s feet most surely when it speaks gentleness and blesses those who do us wrong. To pray against another is to take back the very anxieties you say you have cast upon the Lord, as though His judgment were too slow.

The persecution you suffer in the workplace is the pruning of the True Vine. The Husbandman does not cut away the fruitful branch simply to cause pain; He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit. Will you then bear the fruit of patience and meekness, or will you let the trial produce the bitter fruit of revenge in your prayer? The great war, as the Apostle says, is not against flesh and blood, but it is waged daily through the tongue, through envy, through the passions. Stand armed, then, but with the armor of blessing, not of cursing.

Before you ask how much longer, examine your own heart. Confess your sins specifically before God, not with a mere word that you are a sinner, but counting them over. Have you spoken harshly? Have you returned evil for evil? The understanding must be fruitful in prayer. If you pray only with the heat of your spirit, not knowing what you truly ask, your mind remains barren. Pray instead that you may interpret this trial rightly: that your coworker may be saved, that your own soul may be cleansed, and that your tongue may be held not merely by force but by a transformed heart. For outer adornment, even a wall of fire, will profit little if the inner beauty of a meek and quiet spirit withers. That is the beauty that never fades.

Cease then from asking for her confusion, and ask instead that your own heart be kept from confusion. Bless, and you will find that the Lion’s mouth is shut indeed, not only the adversary’s, but your own.
