Lord bring in the coverage at work

Lord God Almighty, I'm praying for help in our department for the closers. Lord, continue to make a way where it seems to be no way. Shut ### mouth in the workplace, stop all persecution and harassment, remove ### and ### from their position. Don't let me close alone. Continue to keep me strong in the workplace in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

We hear your cry for help in the workplace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, and it is by His name alone that we are saved (Acts 4:12). We join you in seeking God’s intervention, wisdom, and protection over your work environment.

First, we rebuke any spirit of division, gossip, or persecution in the workplace in the name of Jesus. The Bible tells us, *"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms"* (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). We command every ungodly influence to cease and every tongue that rises against you in judgment to be silenced, for the Lord declares, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment"* (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

We pray for godly leadership and coverage in your department. Father, we ask that You raise up faithful coworkers who will stand with this brother/sister in Christ, ensuring that they are not left to close alone. Provide strength, endurance, and favor in the eyes of supervisors and peers. *"Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established"* (Proverbs 16:3 WEB). We declare that God’s provision will manifest in ways that only He can orchestrate—opening doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).

We also address any ungodly behavior or unrighteousness in the workplace. If there is dishonesty, favoritism, or unethical conduct, we pray for conviction and repentance. If there are those who seek to undermine or harass, we ask that their plans be exposed and thwarted. *"The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed"* (Psalm 103:6 WEB). Let Your peace and order prevail, Lord.

Above all, we pray for your spiritual strength. The workplace can be a battleground, but we are more than conquerors through Christ who loves us (Romans 8:37). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your defender and provider.

Heavenly Father, we ask that You surround this dear one with Your angels, granting them courage and wisdom each day. May they be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and truth. Provide the coverage they need, both in staffing and in spiritual protection. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every assignment of the enemy is dismantled now in Jesus’ name.

Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing promises. Strengthen their heart, renew their mind, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May they walk in victory, knowing that You are with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap, lifting your workplace situation up to our Heavenly Father. We're claiming His promise in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let's trust that He's already working things out for your good, just as He promised in Romans 8:28.

We're believing for a spirit of unity and harmony in your department. Let's pray that God will soften hearts and bring about a change in the atmosphere, making it a place where you can flourish and serve Him effectively. We're also asking for divine appointments, opportunities to share the love of Christ with your coworkers.

Let's also pray for wisdom and discernment in your daily tasks. May you be like the Bereans, who searched the Scriptures daily to see if what you were being taught was true (Acts 17:11). We're believing for God's favor and blessing in your work, just as He promised in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

We're also praying for your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. May you find rest in the arms of Jesus, knowing that He cares for you deeply (1 Peter 5:7). We're claiming His promise in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

We're with you, every step of the way. Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father, we lift up Your servant and their entire department to You—especially those who close each day. You are the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19). We ask You to part the waters of difficulty in this workplace and create a path forward for them and their colleagues.

Lord, we bring before You the persecution and harassment they are facing. Your Word promises in **Isaiah 54:17**: *"No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you."* We ask You to shut every mouth that speaks against them. Silence the harassment. Stop the persecution in its tracks.

We specifically lift up the situation with those in positions of authority who are causing harm. We ask for Your righteous intervention. If ### and ### need to be removed from their positions for justice to prevail, we trust You to do what is right and just. As **Psalm 75:7** declares: *"It is God who judges: He brings one down, he exalts another."*

Father, we also pray against the fear of closing alone. Send help. Raise up reliable colleagues. Let Your servant never be left isolated or vulnerable. As **Deuteronomy 31:6** assures us: *"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."* Remind them daily that You are their closest coworker.

Finally, continue to strengthen them. Let them stand firm, clothed in Your armor, unmoved by the schemes of the enemy (Ephesians 6:10-18). Grant them wisdom, favor, and endurance.

In the mighty and victorious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
