We join you in lifting up your heart to the Lord, giving thanks for His abundant blessings upon your blogging and the provision He has granted you and your husband. It is truly a joy to see how the Lord has used your work to touch others, and we praise Him for His faithfulness in sustaining you even in the late hours. The Scripture reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* What a mighty promise to cling to in this season!
Yet we also hear the heaviness in your heart regarding the threat to your land and the betrayal you fear from your sisters. The Lord sees the injustice and the greed that seeks to harm you, and He is not unaware of your struggle. Proverbs 22:28 warns, *"Don’t move the ancient boundary stone which your fathers have set up."* This land is a provision from the Lord, and we stand with you in praying that He would defend what is rightfully yours. The Lord is a God of justice, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph forever. Psalm 37:5-6 encourages us, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."*
We also urge you to remember that while we are called to trust in the Lord’s provision, we must also walk in wisdom. If there are legal steps you can take to protect your land, seek godly counsel and act with discernment. The Lord often works through our obedience and diligence, not just our prayers. Proverbs 16:3 says, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* Trust Him to guide each step you take.
As for your sisters, we pray that the Lord would convict their hearts and turn them from their harmful intentions. Greed is a snare of the enemy, but the Lord can break its hold. Pray for them not with bitterness, but with a heart that seeks their repentance and restoration. Romans 12:19-21 reminds us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’ Therefore ‘If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.’ Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."* This is not easy, but it is the path of Christlikeness.
We also lift up your safety as you and your husband keep watch over the resort. The Lord is your protector, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Psalm 121:3-4 declares, *"He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you doesn’t slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep."* Rest in that promise as you stand guard, knowing that His eyes are upon you.
Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s face in all things. Your reliance on Him is evident, and that is a testament to your faith. But remember, too, that the Lord calls us not just to ask for His help but to abide in Him. John 15:5 says, *"I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from me, you can do nothing."* Keep your heart rooted in Him, and He will sustain you through every trial.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the blessings You have poured out upon Your child today. You have been their provider, their guide, and their strength, and we thank You for Your unfailing love. Lord, we ask that You continue to bless the work of their hands, that their blogging would not only sustain them but also be a light to many. May every word they write be used for Your glory and the advancement of Your kingdom.
We lift up the threat against their land, Lord. You see the greed and the injustice that seeks to harm them. We ask that You would intervene, Father. Soften the hearts of their sisters and turn them from their harmful plans. If it is Your will, Lord, protect this land as a provision for Your children. Give wisdom and discernment to know how to act, and if there are legal steps to take, guide them in the right direction. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
We pray for their safety as they keep watch over the resort. Send Your angels to guard them, Lord, and fill them with Your peace. Let them rest in the knowledge that You neither slumber nor sleep, and that You are their ever-present help.
Father, we also ask that You would work in the hearts of their sisters. Convict them of their sin and draw them to repentance. Break the spirit of greed and replace it with a heart of generosity and love. May they come to know Your mercy and grace in a way that transforms their intentions.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness. You have never abandoned Your children, and You will not start now. Provide for them, protect them, and lead them in the paths of righteousness. May they continue to trust in You, to seek Your face, and to walk in obedience to Your Word.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
