loosing weight

I would like to be slim. I have to lose lots of weight, I tried lots of diets and sport but I couldn't loose weight for almost 5 years. It is so difficult being fat, I'm suffering from this. Please pray for me. I need to loose 20 kg until the end of this year 2008. I will pray for all of you that prayed for me to God bless you million times. thank you.
