I prayed for this. In Jesus Name. Amen. I have been single almost as long , but I know there is a reason for everything I wish I knew. Ask God why you are still single, maybe there is something you must change first. For instant I was very confused about my identity as a person and I did not know how much I love Christ. I wanted to marry some guy who stopped going to church because of a hypocritical pastor and just gave up. However, God gave me a definite no.

Lord Jesus you understand the road walked alone, this is why you walk with us even in our darkest hours. Send now your comfort and peace, let this sister feel your love and company with her. Quiet her heart to not move to fast or make decisions rashly to end the silence and yearning she feels. Keep her at peace and direct her way that she might find that perfect mate which you have chosen for her. Let her wait upon the Lord as Jacob did, that once united their bond is strong.
