Location Transfer Help

Please someone be out there to help. I've worked my bottom off to do everything I can. I cannot receive the medical attention I need in my current work location and need to move near Miami and or Sunrise FL as soon as possible. I have prayed, I have cried, I have given up all hope while still pushing through. People say when one door closes another opens, I have no doors left, only enclosed walls. I am educated, I am intelligent, I've applied for positions I am overqualified and just right for but am not chosen. I'm not asking for a handout I'm asking for a miracle or luck at this point. I never have luck. I had the perfect job lined up went through all the levels but was not chosen and have nothing left. Thank you
