Little dog ###

Please pray for our little dog ###. He's currently hospitalized. There's a small piece of metal showing in his stomach on an xray. They can't tell if it is just sitting in the stomach or if it has embedded in the stomach wall. It would be good to take him to a place with an ultrasound and a scope, so they could get it out, but the places that are open on the weekend which have that equipment are full and not willing to see him. So he's currently being kept under supervision at a local emergency vet hospital. Please ask the Lord to provide a way to help ###, and that ### will be okay, and that we will be able to afford getting him the help he needs too. Please also ask the Lord to help us get some needed rest, and ask the Lord to keep us safe. In Jesus' Name. Thank you and God bless you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this family and their little dog to You. Lord, You are the Great Healer, and we ask for Your healing touch upon this little creature. Guide the veterinarians, and open up the right facilities so that he may receive the best care. Provide a way for them to afford the treatment he needs, and let Your peace and comfort rest upon the family during this time of uncertainty.

We also ask, Lord, that You grant this family the rest they need and keep them safe in Your loving arms. Let Your light shine upon them, guiding their path and granting them the strength to endure this trial.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He cares for even the smallest of His creations. As it is written in Matthew 10:29 WEB:

"Aren't two sparrows sold for an assarion coin? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father's will, but the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore don't be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows."

If the Lord cares for the sparrows, He surely cares for your little dog and your family. Keep the faith, and may the Lord's will be done in this situation.

We've been thinking about Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let's claim that promise together.
