Lifting up our relationship 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your goodness and for hearing my prayers. I praise you for opening this door and leading us to connect through our video call, and I thank you for answering my prayers by making a way for me to visit him in the US soon. Thank you for guiding our steps and bringing ### into my life.

Lord, I commit this new relationship and our future plans into your hands. I ask that your will and your ways be done above all else. Please touch ###'s heart and mind. Stir a genuine romance and a deep spark within him toward me. If it is your will, let this relationship grow deep and serious, to the point where he openly and out loud declares his love for me. I pray that he sees the value in me, feels a true connection, and views me as a perfect fit for his life.

I pray that you shape him into a man with the heart of a provider—someone who is kind, loving, and ready to be a wonderful partner to me and a loving stepdad to my boys.

Father, we lift up to you our plans to apply for my US Visa. I ask for your divine guidance and order in every step of this application process. Please grant wisdom to both of us as we prepare the documents and requirements. I pray for favor with the consular officer, and I ask that you remove any obstacles or anxieties. May your will be done, and if it is your timing, please grant the approval of my visa so that I can safely travel to visit him.

Father, I lay my deepest desires before you: our upcoming visit, our future together, marriage, a petition to join him in the US, and a united family with my boys as his stepsons. I trust these dreams to your perfect timing and your perfect plan. Guide our steps, protect our hearts, and let your peace lead us every day.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for His goodness and for hearing your prayers, and we rejoice that you have committed this relationship and your future plans into His hands and prayed in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we have access to the Father and by which we are saved. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We praise God with you for the open door to connect and for the hope of visiting soon.

We lift up your desire for this courtship to be led by the Lord and we want to encourage you to view this time as intentional courtship with the goal of godly marriage rather than simply a relationship or partnership. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman as God designed from the beginning, and we pray for marriages that honor Him. If this man is to be your husband and a father to your boys, we pray he will be a faithful Christian believer, for we are called not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14. We encourage you both to seek counsel, to be open about your faith in Christ, and to discern whether you share the same commitment to follow Jesus above all else. We pray with you that he would grow into the biblical calling of a husband who loves as Christ loved the assembly and gave himself up for her Ephesians 5:25, a man who is kind, loving, provides and protects, and who will love your boys as his own with patience and godly example.

We also want to lovingly speak truth over the desires you have expressed for romance and a deep spark and for him to declare his love. While those longings are understandable, we encourage you to pray even more that God would cultivate in both of you a selfless, committed, agape love rooted in Christ rather than only an emotional spark, and that you would delight yourself in Yahweh so that He may give you the desires of your heart according to His perfect will Psalm 37:4. We pray that both of you would seek first Gods Kingdom and his righteousness Matthew 6:33 and trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and dont lean on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. For we know that For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11.

Because you are praying toward marriage and a future united family, and because you are planning an upcoming visit, we must gently and firmly address the call to purity. If you are pursuing marriage, God calls you to honor Him with your bodies now and to keep the marriage bed undefiled. Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers Hebrews 13:4. This means fleeing sexual immorality 1 Corinthians 6:18, which includes any sexual intimacy before or outside of marriage, and also choosing not to live together or share lodging that would compromise your witness or tempt you toward fornication. During your visit, we urge you to make clear practical boundaries, stay in separate lodgings, invite accountability from family or your church, and keep your time together in the light. A deep and serious love that leads to marriage is beautiful when it is built on holiness and self-control, and it will protect your heart, his heart, and the hearts of your boys.

We also bring your visa application and travel plans before the Lord with you. We pray for wisdom for both of you as you prepare documents, for integrity in every step, and for peace as you wait. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We pray for favor, but above all we pray for submission to Gods will and timing, casting your anxieties on Him, for In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your mercy and for the work You are doing in our sister's life and in the life of this man and her boys. We ask that Your will be done above our desires. Lead this courtship, guard both hearts, and make it clear whether this is the path toward a Christ-centered marriage. If it is Your will, deepen a godly love between them that is patient, kind, and committed, and help this man to love You first and to be prepared to love and provide for a wife and to shepherd these boys with grace. Keep them sexually pure and far from fornication, give them strength to set holy boundaries during the visit and in all their communication, and surround them with godly counsel. Father, we place the visa process in Your hands, grant wisdom, remove obstacles according to Your purpose, grant favor if it is Your timing, and give perfect peace while they wait. Protect the boys, protect this family in the making, and let every step be ordered by You for Your glory. We trust Your perfect plan and Your perfect timing. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We hear how much hope and gratitude you are carrying right now, thankfulness for how you two connected, for the open door to visit, and for the dreams you hold for your boys and your future. It makes sense you would bring all of this to the Lord so carefully, wanting His will above your own.

We join you in praying for wisdom and peace as you take the next steps. A long-distance relationship with so much at stake, your heart, his heart, and your sons' hearts, benefits from unhurried clarity and good counsel around you. As you prepare visa paperwork and plan a visit, it can help to have a trusted pastor or mature believer who knows you both walking with you, to ask honest questions, to help you both see character over time, and to keep expectations grounded while you get to know each other more deeply.

We also pray for steadiness for you in the waiting, as paperwork and distance can bring a lot of anxiety.

Father, we lift this sister and her sons to You, and we lift this man and this new relationship to You. Lead them by Your wisdom and let Your will be done in each decision. Give clarity, honesty, and kindness in their communication, guard their hearts, and grant peace that steadies them day by day. Guide every practical step for the visa and travel according to Your perfect timing and plan. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Your prayer has been brought before the Lord and we have heard the desires of your heart for this new relationship, for your coming visit, and for your sons.

We join you in giving thanks for every good gift that comes from the Father, and we pray above all that you may know the blessedness of being married unto Christ. As it has been preached among us, marriage is not a relationship of original birth but of blessed choice on both sides, cemented by mutual love, wherein two become one. The consummation of the whole work of redemption is the marriage of the Church to the Lamb, and there will be no true and lasting marriage between your soul and any other until you are first betrothed unto Him by inseparable bonds through faith in Jesus Christ alone, for salvation is in Him and in none else. Seek first that your own heart and the heart of this man be found in Christ, for who can tell what blessings God gives because of converted hearts that hedge a home with prayer.

We cannot ask the Lord to stir mere romance or to force a spark, nor to bless plans simply because they are deeply desired. True marriage is not maintained as two persons keeping a scrupulous individuality, but as one flesh under God, and it is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman. Within that covenant alone belong the privileges of living together and the union of the body. Therefore we pray not for sentiment to be manufactured, but for holiness, clarity, and submission to the will of God. If this relationship be of the Lord, let it be proved by a mutual, sober, and godly love that chooses wisely and waits upon Him, and if it be not of Him, we pray for grace to accept His withholding as mercy.

Concerning your visit and the application for a visa, we ask the Lord for wisdom for you both as you prepare what is required, for integrity in every document, and for peace to guard your hearts whatever the decision of the officer may be. We pray that you will keep yourselves pure in all things during your time together, shunning any appearance of what would shame your profession as one married unto Christ, and that you will seek the counsel of godly pastors and mature believers who can see what affection may hide. Remember the charge to forsake not the faith of godly parents and to consider well the path you set for your boys. One of the most intense desires of every godly person is that there may be a succession of godly homes, and a man who would be a husband and a stepfather must be examined as to whether he has the heart of a provider in the biblical sense, kind, loving, patient, and ready to lead a household in the fear of the Lord.

So we lay your deepest desires before God with open hands. We pray that He will guide your steps, protect your hearts and the hearts of your sons, keep you from hasty vows, and lead you in the way of righteousness. May your will be surrendered to His perfect timing and His perfect plan, and may you find your chief joy not in whether a man declares his love for you, but in hearing the voice of the Lamb who has loved His Church and given Himself for it. We ask that you may be kept blameless and waiting for His appearing, whether He grants this earthly marriage or calls you to another path, and that in all things Christ may have the preeminence.

We will continue to pray that the Lord will make His will plain to you, that He will keep you in purity and wisdom, and that He will establish you and your household upon the Rock which is Christ Jesus our Lord.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in thanking God for His goodness and for hearing prayer, and we hear the deep hopes you have shared for yourself, for your boys, and for this relationship.

We want to pray with you in a way that honors God and seeks His will above all else. Scripture teaches that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, honorable and pure. Marriage itself does not make us holy, but it preserves the holiness that comes through faith when it is lived with chasteness, faithfulness, and order. That means sexual union and living together belong only within that covenant, not before it and not outside it.

For that reason we will not ask God to stir romantic feelings on demand or to bless plans simply because we desire them. God proves our hearts and calls us to speak and live not to please people but to please Him. The better prayer is that God would give you both clarity, self control, and wisdom to discern whether this relationship can be pursued in a way that is chaste, honest, and honoring to Him.

As you consider a visit and a visa process, we pray that God would grant you wisdom as you prepare documents, that you would act with complete truthfulness and integrity before the authorities, and that you would submit the outcome to His perfect will and timing. We pray for favor only as it aligns with what is right and good in His sight, and for peace to guard your heart whatever the answer may be.

If this man is to be considered as a husband and as a stepfather to your boys, pray especially for discernment about his character and faith. A provider in the biblical sense is not only kind and loving, but faithful to Christ, committed to purity, and ready to take up the lifelong responsibility of marriage. We encourage you not to pursue a deep emotional or physical entanglement quickly, especially through private visits, but to keep clear boundaries, to avoid any sexual intimacy or cohabitation before marriage, and to invite wise counsel from mature believers in your local church who know you and can walk with you and your sons.

We also encourage you to commit your deepest desires for marriage and family to the Lord with open hands, trusting His timing and His plan. Use this season to grow in faith, to pray continually, and to seek first holiness and the good of your children. Marriage brings much responsibility, and it is best entered with moderation, reverence, and a shared commitment to follow Christ.

So we pray for you now. Father, we thank You for Your mercy through Jesus Christ. We ask that You lead this sister according to Your will, guard her and her boys, grant her wisdom and holiness, and help her to walk in purity and truth. If marriage is Your will for her, provide a union that is in the Lord, marked by chastity and honor and lifelong faithfulness. If not, give her grace to accept Your direction and to find her full contentment in You. Guide every practical step, protect all hearts from harm and confusion, and let Your peace lead each day. In Jesus name we pray.

Thank you for opening your heart so honestly and for wanting to bring this relationship and your family before God. Your desire for love, for a stable home for your boys, and for a partner who is kind and faithful is understandable, and God sees both your hopes and your responsibilities as a mother.

The most important foundation to consider first is your own vital relationship with Jesus Christ. The good news of the kingdom is that the time is fulfilled and God invites everyone to turn from sin and to believe into Jesus. Salvation is not just agreeing with an idea, it is believing into a living, life changing relationship with Him. Whoever believes into Him will not perish but have everlasting life. Through Him alone sins are cleansed. Like the man with leprosy who knelt and said if you are willing you can make me clean, we can come with humility and find that Jesus is willing and moved with compassion to cleanse and restore. If you have not already done so, place your full trust in Him alone for forgiveness and new life.

God also speaks of His covenant promise to be our God and to do us good as we walk in His ways, and He fulfills this through a new covenant. He does not leave us to try in our own strength, but He gives His Spirit within to change the heart and to give power to obey His commands and to walk in His statutes. That is His faithful work in us, and His work will not fail. When we are willing to obey, He gives the ability to obey. This is why self examination is so important, to judge our own hearts and motives before God and to ask Him to make us pliable and willing to hear what His Spirit is saying. Those who have ears to hear will receive more.

In that light, it is wise to surrender every part of this relationship to Him with the prayer, not my will but yours be done. It is natural to pray for romance to be stirred and for declarations of love and for specific outcomes like travel approval and marriage, but the deeper and safer prayer is for His will to be done above all else. Victory comes through surrender. When you lay your deepest desires for a visit, for marriage, and for a united family before Him and truly release them into His hands, you can experience His peace to lead you, even while you wait for answers.

Scripture also teaches that marriage is a profound unity. The two shall become one, a compound unity where two lives become one life before God. That union is designed as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and the shared life of living together and physical intimacy belongs within that covenant. For that reason, guard your hearts and keep this relationship pure. Do not move toward living together or sharing what belongs to marriage before marriage. Seek to honor Him now in how you communicate, in boundaries, and in accountability with mature believers who can walk with you and give wise counsel. The bond we have as the family of God in Christ is deeper than even natural family ties, and you need that community around you and your boys in this season.

Rather than asking God to shape another person to fit your hopes, ask Him to shape both of you to become more like Christ. Pray that each of you grows in kindness, faithfulness, self control, and a willingness to provide and to love sacrificially as God defines those things. Character is revealed over time, and time with wise counsel will help you see clearly whether this man is prepared to love you and to love your boys well within a committed marriage, if God wills it.

For the practical steps of preparing documents and facing interviews and waiting, ask for wisdom and for a calm trust. You can pray for favor and for obstacles to be removed, while still submitting the outcome to His perfect timing. If the door opens, receive it with thanksgiving. If it remains closed, trust that His no or His wait is also loving guidance.

May you continue steadfastly in prayer, trusting not in your own plans but in the Lord, asking Him to fill you with His Spirit, to keep His word in your heart, and to guide every step for your good and for His glory.
