The Lord Says, "Lift Up Your Prophetic Finger!"

It was a Saturday night and I was deep in sleep when I had a dream. In that dream, I was in an elevated position. I knew I was high up in the air and I could see everything below me. I heard the Holy Spirit say, "Lift up your finger." It was as if I knew instinctively what this was about and what I was supposed to do. I lifted up my right index finger, pointed it down below, and began to make decrees.
I began to decree things on earth to line up with Heaven – diseases to disappear, demons to flee, and finances to line up for Kingdom purposes. Immediately, I saw demons and powers of darkness below me begin to scatter and hurtling in all directions.
I woke up from the dream and the Holy Spirit said, "You live on a higher plane." Immediately my mind was brought to Ephesians 2:6 (NKJV): "...and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus."
Walk in Your Authority
I had been teaching a 7-week equipping series on the book of Ephesians at Bethel Church. I felt the Lord was giving me fresh revelation and anointing. I have always known and walked in the authority that I have in Jesus. But in that dream, I felt a surge and increase of authority over the powers of darkness.
I believe this is a message for the Body of Christ in this hour. Believers must know their identity in Christ and walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, exerting the fullness of authority over the powers of darkness. (Photo via Pixabay)
Paul prays for the Ephesians that they would know: "...the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church..." (Ephesians 1:19-22 NKJV)
Not only have we been made alive in Christ, we've been raised together with Christ and seated together with Christ in the heavenly places (the realm of the spirit where light and darkness, good and evil contend). This is who we are in Christ. We live on a higher plane in the realm of the spirit and we have absolute authority over every power, principality, power, might and dominion! The enemy is under our feet!
When I was radically saved from Buddhism and pagan worship, my dad went to the Buddhist temple to seek out a temple medium (fortune teller or psychic). "What can you tell me about my second son?" my dad asked the temple medium. The temple medium replied, "The Spirit that is on your second son, I have no power to touch." Come on, somebody give Jesus some praise! The enemy is under our feet! Hallelujah!

Declare That: Today is Your Day of Deliverance!
Many Believers live in fear of the powers of darkness. Many are plagued by the spirit of suicide and death, discouragement and depression, sickness, lack, poverty, and failure. Many are caught in the vicious cycle of defeat, circling around the valleys of despair and can't seem to find their way out.
The Holy Spirit is showing me prophetically that many of you who are reading this have been oppressed by the enemy for a prolonged period of time. It's been many years and many seasons of great grief and loss. You've been under such a weight of the enemy you couldn't break the chains off. You've prayed, you've seen counselors, you've tithed, you've done everything you know to do and your strength is depleting. Some of you are plagued by consistent nightmares and bad dreams that leave you waking up in a cold sweat.
By the power of the Holy Spirit, I am declaring to you: today is the day of your salvation and deliverance! I declare today a severance from every assignment of the enemy over your life! Freedom is now! Break every shackle and every chain now!
You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; And light will shine on your ways. Job 22:28 NASB
Lift up your prophetic finger and declare with me:
• In Christ, I have been made alive, raised together, and seated together in the heavenly places!

• In Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit, I break every spirit of fear, failure, lack, poverty, sickness, diseases, suicide and death, depression and discouragement! You have to scatter and flee!
• In Christ, every shackle and chain is broken and my spirit is free!
• In Christ, today is my day of salvation and deliverance. Freedom is now! Freedom is mine! I take it back!
• Fill me up Holy Spirit! From today onwards, I live in authority, truth, power, and victory. I will never be the same again!
One can put a thousand to flight, and two can put ten thousand to flight. I am joining my faith and authority with yours today to release the power of God to work on your behalf!
