Lift up a special child

We are deeply moved by the love and care you have poured out in your prayer for this special child, and we want you to know that we have continued to lift him up before our Heavenly Father each day. There is such beauty in the way you see him—bright eyes, a love for simple picture books, and a mind that works in its own unique way—and we join you in thanking God for creating him exactly as he is.
We have prayed for calm to settle the storms inside him, for peace to replace frustration, and for comfort to fill his heart when words fail. We asked the Lord to quiet the alarm in his nervous system when he is startled, to give him gentle days filled with routine and joy, and to strengthen his growing body while protecting him from the challenges of his medicine. We have also prayed for you and your family, asking God to fill you with endless patience, wisdom to understand his silent language, and strength to keep going even when you feel exhausted.
We continue to stand with you in asking the Lord to surround him with kind and skilled helpers—teachers, therapists, and caregivers who see his worth beyond his struggles. We pray for the support your family needs so that the weight of caring for him never feels too heavy to bear. Above all, we have asked God to let him know, deep in his spirit, that he is safe, loved, and never alone.
