Life

Life. Life is hard, no doubt. No one said it would ever be easy though. If life were easy, we’d have no hardships, no pain, no suffering, no rudeness, no hate, no bad situations ever. Who wouldn’t want life to be easy right? Not me. I don’t want life to be easy.

Our hardships, I call them experiences, are part of what shapes us. Makes us who we are. Without them, we’d all be the same. We are not all meant to be the same, we are meant to be different, unique. We learn from our hardships and we grow from them. There are reasons we go through them that we may not understand or like, but we are meant to go through them to get us where we NEED to be. So don’t think of your experiences as something negative, think of them as a stepping stone to rise one step closer to where you’re meant to be. Our pain and suffering, that is where we get our strength. I know it’s no fun to feel pain and suffer. I have been there many times. I can honestly say I’m glad I went through it all. This pain and suffering I have encountered has made me the strong person I am today. No rudeness. Everyone wishes for that, but if there were no rudeness in this world, we couldn’t show people kindness. We couldn’t show them that even though someone chooses to continue to be rude to us, we still have it in our hearts to be kind to them. No hate. This is probably a top topic. Of course no one wants hate in this world, but without hate, we could not show the most important thing of all: love. It takes a lot to love someone who hates, it’s not easy, they are always negative about everything, and they may even hate you. Love is the only thing that can drive out hate. It is like the wind blowing the clouds out from the sun. Keep showing love to those who do hate, they are the ones who need it the most.

I like who I am and know exactly who I am because of my experiences, pain, suffering, and bad situations. I wouldn’t change a thing that has happened. I have grown so much, emotionally and spiritually, over the years from my experiences. I know what I want in life and I’m exactly where I need to be.

Most importantly, if life were easy, we wouldn’t need God.

Always Factor in God. Then—Relax—Focus—Learn From It—Grow From It—Thank God For It.

Don’t waste the experience." –Encourager Linda Flagg
