Life Or Death Please Help

Hi all, I have prayed and prayed and begged and opened up my heart but i feel like I am being ignored I am now at a critical life or death situation now, I dont wanna say what my prayer is but god knows please can some others pray for me as i can no longer take what i am dealing with
