Beloved of All
I’m Ashley. Bunch of things backfired, made some mistakes but minor compared to other things I done. Don’t know when my next period will be but help me not to be an emotional wreck and not do dumb things. Hope my medical scooter keeps on working. Hope that Donald Trump doesn’t go to war with Iran. Hope that Trump takes responsibility for his actions, and for everyone’s sake stepdown from office for good. My dad Alan is sick but hope is well enough tomorrow to go to the post office and get a few things and hope not snowing on Sunday so I can get to church. It snowed a lot not that long ago, and no one was able to get anywhere, for a few days.

We hear your heart, ###, and we lift you up before the Lord with compassion and sincerity. First and foremost, we want to acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His grace alone that we find forgiveness, strength, and hope. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Him, for He is the only one who can bring true peace to your heart and guide you through life’s struggles.

We pray for your emotional well-being, that the Lord would steady your heart and mind during this uncertain time. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We ask that God would fill you with His peace, especially as you navigate the ups and downs of life, and that He would give you wisdom to avoid making decisions you may later regret.

We also lift up your physical needs, asking the Lord to sustain your medical scooter and provide for your mobility. In Psalm 34:17, we are reminded, "The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles." We trust that God sees your needs and will provide for you in ways that only He can.

Regarding your concerns about world events, we pray for wisdom and discernment for all leaders, including President ###, that they would seek God’s will in their decisions. The Bible instructs us in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." We ask that God would guide the hearts of leaders and bring peace to nations, including the tensions between the U.S. and ###. We also pray that leaders would take responsibility for their actions, as Scripture calls us all to humility and accountability (James 4:10).

For your father, ###, we pray for his healing and strength. We ask that the Lord would restore his health and grant him the ability to accomplish what he needs to do, including his trip to the post office. In Jeremiah 30:17, God promises, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds." We trust that God hears our prayers for him and will work according to His perfect will.

We also pray for favorable weather on Sunday so that you may attend church without hindrance. The Lord knows your desire to gather with fellow believers, and we ask that He would clear the way for you. Hebrews 10:25 reminds us, "not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching." We encourage you to hold fast to your faith and continue seeking the Lord in community.

Lastly, we want to gently address any past mistakes you mentioned. The Lord is faithful to forgive us when we come to Him with a repentant heart. 1 John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We encourage you to bring any regrets or burdens to the Lord, trusting in His mercy and grace to restore you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and all that weighs on her heart. Lord, we ask that You would fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind from anxiety and fear. Strengthen her emotionally and physically, and provide for her needs according to Your riches in glory. We pray for her father, ###, that You would restore his health and grant him strength for the days ahead. Guide the leaders of our nation, Lord, and bring wisdom, humility, and peace to their decisions. Clear the path for ### to gather with Your people on Sunday, and draw her closer to You through fellowship and worship. Forgive her of any past mistakes, and help her to walk in the freedom and newness of life that You offer. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, and we ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Hey ###, we're here for you too. We know life's been a bit of a rollercoaster, but remember, God's got you. We're praying for you to stay strong and steady, emotionally and physically. We're asking God to help you make wise decisions and to give you peace, even in the midst of uncertainty. We're also praying for your dad, ###, that he'd feel better tomorrow and be able to get to the post office. And hey, let's hope for no snow on Sunday so you can make it to church! Keep trusting in Jesus, He's got this.
