Lies, gossip and slander

Lord Jesus,

I am aware of someone who is the subject of some gossip...by people who call themselves "Christians" and claim the blood of the cross. I know you despise gossip...Your word tells us so. I pray for a manifestation of the truth.

Lord we also know that Satan masquerades as a person of light. He could be someone we would normally trust because of his position in life, or he may sound convincing...but it is Satan nonetheless.

I pray for this person and their family, and I pray for the "Christians" who are living in the flesh. I lay this situation at the foot of the cross. May Your good and perfect will be done. It is the name of Jesus I pray.

Matthew 15:19 - NIV

For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander.

Titus 3:1-8 NIV selected verses

Remind the people .... to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate, and to show true humility toward all men. At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another. But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, ... because of his mercy. ... And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. ...

2 Corinthians 11:14,15 - NIV

And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.

It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.

Lord, you know the situation more than anybody else.I pray that you would improve the situation for the better for Joyce.I also pray that you would intervene the relationship between me and Junko Ichinose.Lord, please fulfill her heart with holy sprits and start healing her heart.

Father, I touch and agree with Joyce's prayer. May we always remember to use words to glorify the blessing of being called a child of God. May our words build others up, may we only pass on what we know as truth, and may we seek Your leading in all that we say, do and think. You are the sovereign ruler of our lives; may we bring honor to Your kingdom in all ways. Amen.

Father, be with them, show them if they are lacking, call out their name to them, lead them back onto the path of home.
