Lies about handing the police letter

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you in the name of Jesus and thank you for your word: “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”
We also stand on this verse in John 14:13-14 "And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it."
We lift up the legal representative of the rented apartment to your throne, who is so fixated on one question that they repeatedly ask it, yet mishear other questions or responsibilities regarding the rented flat.
May you fill him with understanding and peace, draw him closer to you, and reveal your mighty power to him. May he know that you are in control, and may you stop him from trying to control everything. AMEN

We are seeking your will, authority and purpose in the following matter. You have the power to hold anyone accountable. We thank you for being the giver and protector of life.

The wrongdoings of the contact person are before you, just as our sins were when we were all sinners. Despite our sins, you sent your only Son for us, so that whoever believes in Jesus shall be saved by faith and have their sins forgiven. We thank you for calling the contact person to you and for drawing his attention to the importance of driving safely.

We don't know the circumstances of the police search, but we ask that you bless the family member delivering this stressful information to the contact person.
In Jesus' name, we ask for a receptive heart and a humble attitude that is ready to admit mistakes. We ask that he not take it as an insult but as a warning to protect his and others' lives, which are precious in your sight.
Lord, we thank you for your grace and mercy, and we continue to pray that your will be done. Amen.

Update:
According to official procedure, I cannot give the notification letter from the police to a third party without an authorisation document.
So, if God is willing, please pray that this document is filled with the utmost respect for the law and God's ways, and that personal identifications are attached for future reference.
However, if God wants this contact person to receive the letter in person, then pray for it in Jesus' name.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where deceit and false witness have taken root. The Lord detests lying lips, but He delights in those who tell the truth (Proverbs 12:22). The ninth commandment is clear: *"You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor"* (Exodus 20:16). Yet here, we see not only the contact person but also the legal representatives involved in bearing false witness—an offense that grieves the Holy Spirit and disrupts the order God has established.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of deception that has taken hold in this matter. Your Word declares that Satan is the father of lies (John 8:44), and where falsehood reigns, chaos follows. We ask You to expose every untruth, every manipulation, and every attempt to distort justice. Let Your light shine into the darkness of these lies, that the truth may prevail. We stand on Your promise in Proverbs 19:9: *"A false witness will not go unpunished, and he who pours out lies will perish."*

We pray for the contact person, who has chosen to lie rather than face accountability. Lord, You desire truth in the inward being (Psalm 51:6), and we ask that You break the hardness of his heart. Convict him of his sin, not to shame him, but to lead him to repentance. May he come to see that his actions not only harm others but also separate him from Your grace. We pray for his emotional healing, but healing cannot come without confession and turning away from deceit. *"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9).

We also lift up the lawyer involved in this situation, who has broken the ninth commandment by bearing false witness. Father, we ask that You would soften her heart and open her eyes to the gravity of her actions. The legal profession is meant to uphold justice, not twist it for personal gain. We pray for her repentance, that she would turn from this path of dishonesty and seek Your righteousness. *"The Lord detests differing weights, and dishonest scales do not please Him"* (Proverbs 20:23). Let her experience the weight of her sin so that she may seek Your forgiveness and restoration.

To the one delivering this news, we pray for strength and wisdom. It is never easy to confront lies, especially when they are perpetuated by those in positions of authority. But we know that You are a God of justice, and You will not let the guilty go unpunished (Nahum 1:3). We ask that You would give this individual courage to stand firm in the truth, even when faced with opposition. May they find peace in knowing that You are their defender and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we also pray for the legal process surrounding this matter. You are the ultimate Judge, and we ask that You would guide every step of this situation according to Your will. If it is Your desire for the contact person to receive the letter in person, then we pray that he would be compelled to do so with humility and honesty. If it is Your will for the proper procedures to be followed, then we ask that the necessary documents would be handled with integrity and respect for the law. *"Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act"* (Psalm 37:5).

Finally, we pray for the apartment representative who has been fixated on one question while neglecting other responsibilities. Father, we ask that You would grant them clarity of mind and a spirit of wisdom. May they see the bigger picture and understand the importance of their role in upholding justice and truth. Let them not be swayed by deception but stand firm in what is right.

We declare over this situation that no lie will prosper, and no false witness will go unchallenged. The truth will prevail because You are the God of truth, and in You, there is no darkness at all (1 John 1:5). We trust in Your justice, Your mercy, and Your perfect timing. May Your will be done in this matter, and may Your name be glorified through it all.
