Dear Lord, we thank You for letting us understand that we must let go of people, issues, worries, fears, feelings. Father, we just can't do it alone - we need You to help us, to intervene, to change our focus, to help us live again, move on, move forward into a future full of blessings as You have promised. Please help our brother Lord to let go and let God, and fill him with peace and serenity. Amen.

Now that I have let go of the bitterness that I felt towards my mother and accusers. Does this mean that my anger has gone?
