We join you in lifting up your concerns to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His sovereign will. We are reminded in Matthew 6:10, "Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth." It is encouraging to see that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we find access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" and John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We will continue to pray this for you and your family.
Concerning your work situation, we pray that God will direct your new manager's heart and guide your wife's schedule. Remember that God is your ultimate provider, and He can influence your manager's decisions. As stated in Proverbs 21:1, "The king's heart is in God's hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires." Trust in God's plan for your life, knowing that He is working all things together for your good because you love Him and you are called according to His purpose.
We agree with you in pleading the blood of Jesus Christ over your situation, for it is through His blood that we have redemption, the forgiveness of our sins. We pray for God's favor upon you at work, that you would be a light shining in the darkness, reflecting His love and grace to your colleagues.
As you travel, we pray for God's protection over you and your car. May He grant you traveling mercies and keep your vehicle in good working order. We stand in faith, believing that God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory. Trust in Him, and do not be anxious about the challenges you face. Instead, in every situation, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. And may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Finally, we encourage you to continue in prayer, seeking God's will in all things. Be persistent in your faith, and do not grow weary in doing good. Trust that God will equip you and your household to serve Him faithfully.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother in Christ. We thank You for Your faithfulness and love. Lord, we ask that You direct his new manager's heart and guide his wife's schedule. Protect his hours and secure his job. Let the blood of Jesus Christ cover this situation, and grant him favor at work. As he travels, Lord, we pray for Your protection and mercy. Keep his car running smoothly, without any mechanical issues. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
