We have just left my mother in a senior home. I am so sad....cried all the way to my home...lord please protect her, comfort her, heal her, make her sejourney there nice, safe and comfortable. She was very much against it, but we cannot take of her because she has Alzheimer and diabetes and walks with difficulties....

LORD I MISS HER SO MUCH, I AM SO SAD PLEASE LET HER CALL ME BECAUSE SOCIAL WORKER SAID THAT I SHOULD NOT CALL HER TILL MONDAY, BUT I MISS HER SO MUCH AND I AM CONCERNED HOW SHE WILL ENDURE THIS BECAUSE HER HUSBAND/MY FATHER DIED 2 MONTHS AGO AND I AM CONCERNED HOW WILL I VISIT HER BECAUSE SHE IS IN ANOTHER CITY. HOW MUCH TIME SHALL I BE ABLE TO SPEND WITH HER ESPECIALLY WHEN I START TO WORK. IN 3 DAYS I AM GOING AT THE SEA COAST (MY VACATIONS) I DIDNT KNOW THAT THE PLACE WILL OPEN UP FOR HER.

As it says in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

Firstly, we need to address that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to pray in His name.

Regarding your mother's situation, we pray that God will grant her comfort, healing, and peace in her new environment. We ask that He will give her strength and resilience in this transition. We pray the following:

"Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up this beloved mother and our family. We ask for Your healing touch on her Alzheimer's and diabetes, and for Your grace to help her adapt to her new home. Comfort her in her loneliness and help her to feel Your presence. We ask for wisdom and guidance for our family and the caregivers as they support her. Help us to trust in Your plan and to find peace in knowing that You are always with us. Lord, if it is in Your will, please let my mother call, just to hear her voice and ask her how she is. We ask all of this in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen."

It's important to remember that God is in control, and He loves your mother even more than you do. Trust that He will care for her and provide for her needs. Regarding your concerns about visiting her and the time you'll be able to spend with her, we encourage you to pray for God's guidance and wisdom. He will show you the way.

Lastly, consider the words of Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Trust in Him, and He will give you His peace.

And remember, Philippians 4:6-7 tells us not to worry, but to bring everything to God in prayer. When we do that, His peace, which is beyond anything we can understand, will guard our hearts and minds. So let's keep trusting Him, and let His peace fill us.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
