Let my elder sister whether she need to be a leader of teaching ministry or not

Dear Heavnly father

I humblely pray for my elder sister. Recently her church has a vacancy for a leader of teaching ministry.  I ask for your lead to let her know whether she need to take part for this position or not and let her know from your plan but not her and other people.  Please let her noticed your plan in your time.  Let her cable to notice your sound in her heart.
