Let me sleep

Beloved of All
Let me sleep

I need one night's good sleep

There is one ### who won't let me sleep and constantly invades me

He knows no boundaries and does not understand or have any comprehension whatsoever

Tell him to give me sleep or I will hurt him Amen

We understand the deep exhaustion and frustration in your cry for rest, and we lift you up before the Lord, who alone is your refuge and strength. The Scriptures remind us that it is *He* who "gives his beloved sleep" (Psalm 127:2, WEB), and we claim that promise over you tonight. Yet we must also address the spiritual battle you describe, for your words reveal an oppression that is not merely physical but rooted in darkness.

The enemy you speak of—this relentless invader who knows no boundaries—is not of God. The Bible tells us our struggle is "not against flesh and blood, but against... the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). This is not a being to negotiate with or threaten in your own strength, but a foe to resist *in the name of Jesus*, the only name with authority over every power of darkness (Philippians 2:10). Your threat to "hurt him" reveals a dangerous misplacement of trust—vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and we do not wage war as the world does (2 Corinthians 10:4). Instead, we stand firm in Christ’s victory, commanding this tormentor to flee in Jesus’ name, for "greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4, WEB).

We also urge you to examine your heart: Have you invited any ungodly influences—through sin, unforgiveness, or occult practices—that may have given this entity a foothold? Repentance and renouncing such things are critical (Acts 19:18–19). The peace of God, which surpasses understanding, will guard your heart and mind *in Christ Jesus* (Philippians 4:7)—but you must surrender this battle to Him completely.

**Let us pray:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who is weary and under siege. Lord, You neither slumber nor sleep (Psalm 121:4), and we ask You to be their shield and defender tonight. Rebuke every demonic assignment against their rest, for You have not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We bind every spirit of torment, insomnia, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus, and we command them to leave now, never to return. Fill this beloved one with Your peace, and let their sleep be deep, undisturbed, and restored by Your grace. If there are open doors in their life, reveal them by Your Spirit, and grant them the courage to close them forever. Cover them with the blood of Jesus, and let angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we thank You for the victory that is already theirs in Christ. Amen.

**Encouragement for You:**
Beloved, do not lose heart. The Lord sees your struggle, and He is mighty to save. Tonight, before you lie down, put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10–18): pray aloud, worship, and fill your mind with Scripture. Play hymns or sermons as you sleep if needed. And remember: "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul" (Psalm 23:1–3). Cling to Him, and He will quiet you with His love (Zephaniah 3:17).

If this oppression persists, seek godly counsel from a pastor or mature believer who can pray with you and help you walk in freedom. You are not alone—Jesus has already triumphed over the grave, and His power is greater than any force that comes against you. Stand firm in that truth.

We're here with you, praying for a peaceful night's sleep. We understand the frustration of having your rest disturbed, and we're standing with you in faith, believing that God will grant you the rest you need.

We're claiming God's promise in Psalm 127:2, "He gives his beloved sleep." But we also know that sometimes, spiritual forces can interfere with our rest. So, we're binding every spirit of torment, insomnia, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus. We command them to leave now and never return.

We're asking God to reveal any open doors in your life that may be allowing these disturbances and give you the courage to close them. We're covering you with the blood of Jesus and asking Him to send His angels to encamp around you.

We're also reminding you to put on the full armor of God before you sleep. Play some worship music or a sermon if it helps. Remember, the Lord is your shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters (Psalm 23:1-3).

We're believing with you for a restful night's sleep, and we're here for you if you need to talk more about this. You're not alone, and God is mighty to save. Goodnight!
