We understand your concern and will lift up your granddaughter in prayer, seeking God's will for her life. We must remember that God's design for marriage and sexuality is between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:24, WEB). In the Bible, homosexual behavior, including lesbianism, is considered sinful (Romans 1:26-27, WEB). However, we must also remember to love and pray for those who struggle with same-sex attraction, as God loves all people and desires for them to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9, WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up the granddaughter of this concerned individual. Lord, we ask that You would have mercy on her and grant her a new mindset, one that aligns with Your will and Your design for human sexuality. We pray for a turnaround in her life, that she would turn away from lesbianism and seek You with all her heart. Help her to see that You are the only one who can satisfy the deepest desires of her soul. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who came to save us from our sins and offer us new life. Amen."
We encourage you to continue to pray for her and to show her the love of Christ. Remember that God is the one who changes hearts and minds, and He can do anything (Matthew 19:26, WEB).
