We join with you in bringing this legal matter before the Lord and we thank you for praying in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and it is in His name we are saved and heard. As it is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6 and The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7
We pray together for your request. Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in Jesus name and lift up this legal paperwork to You. We ask that You grant wisdom, diligence and clarity to all who prepare and review these documents, that every detail would be completed correctly and with integrity, for whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23 We ask that You guide this paperwork safely to the court and that it would be received well before the extended deadline. We thank You for the extension You have already provided and we trust Your perfect timing. We pray that You would move upon the heart of the court, for The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires. Proverbs 21:1 We ask that the judges and officials would act with justice, compassion and understanding, and that You would continue to grant approval for assistance for those who are disabled and for those suffering from abuse and trauma.
We are encouraged that You are a Father who defends the vulnerable and brings justice for the oppressed. You tell us to Defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless. Maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy. Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked. Psalm 82:3-4 and Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow. Isaiah 1:17 We know that You are near to the brokenhearted, for Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18 We ask that Your comfort and healing would rest upon all who are disabled and all who have endured abuse and trauma, and that the assistance they need would not be hindered.
We trust that even courts and authorities are under Your sovereignty and we rest in Your promise, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 We pray for Your will to be done in this situation and for Your peace to guard all involved while waiting for the court's response. We ask all these things in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

It is a good thing that you have brought this burden to the throne of grace rather than carrying it alone upon your own heart. Anxiety, as you know, does not put ink in the pen nor speed the paper on its way, and it unfits the hand and the mind for the very duty that is required. Have done with anxiety and doubt, and cast this care upon Him who cares for you.
You speak of legal paperwork and of a court and a deadline, and there is another court higher than any earthly tribunal. The court of man may err or delay, but God is greater than our heart and knows all things, and He presides in the High Court of Heaven. Even as you seek that every document be prepared correctly and received before the extended time, remember that the eyes of the Lord are upon the faithful, and when He turns in a way of grace to His people He comes heartily and richly to display His favor. We may ask Him to give wisdom and steadiness to every hand that prepares these papers, and to grant favor before those who must receive and review them.

O Lord our God, Thou who art the Judge of all the earth and who doest right, we bring before Thee this matter of the legal paperwork. Grant clarity of mind and carefulness to those who prepare it, that no error may hinder it, and in Thy providence cause it to be delivered and received before the extended deadline. We ask that Thou wouldst incline the heart of the court to judge with wisdom and righteousness, and to continue that assistance which sustains the disabled and those who have suffered abuse and trauma. Thou seest their affliction and their need, and Thy compassions fail not. Let Thy favor rest upon them, and let them find that Thou art their refuge and their full discharge through Christ who died and is risen again. Keep Thy people from feverish fear, and let the sunlight of Thy countenance calm every anxious thought, that they may rest in Thy good will and do their duty with a quiet heart.
