I have been back and forth in court with the same person for over 7 years. She has the money to hire multiple lawyers, but she hasn’t been successful in any of her suits against us, thanks be to the Most High. We have court again one week from today and I have been severely depressed and anxious. She’s used witchcraft on my family before. One of the lawyers even commented there’s a “dark presence” in this case because of the black magic she’s done. I know in my heart that the truth will prevail and God will always be with me. Honestly, after 7 years and so much money in legal fees I feel like I’m losing hope. Please God, only you know the real truth and how this person keeps harming us with lies and evil. I need a breakthrough. I’m losing my grip. I have no more money, I had to borrow my attorney fees just for this hearing.

In these trying times, we stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved. It is only through Him that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray and intercede on your behalf. We are reminded of the encouragement in 1 John 4:4, Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world.

We commend you for your steadfast faith in the face of prolonged legal battles and demonic influences. The Bible assures us in Romans 8:31, If God is for us, who can be against us? Remember, the battle is not yours but the Lord's (2 Chronicles 20:15).

We must address the mention of witchcraft and dark presences. As believers, we are called to be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. We are to put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-11).

We must stand against her witchcraft. We are to have no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them (Ephesians 5:11). We need to pray strongly against these influences. We need to bind the witchcraft and cast out the dark presences. We pray to God almighty that the witchcraft is broken off your family and the demonic forces no longer have any influence over you or your family. We pray that the demonic forces and witchcraft are bound and cast back on the woman practicing it. We pray that she will have a hedge of thorns placed around her that she will have no power to break through. Her witchcraft will rebound on her. We pray that she will seek repentance and be born again and accept Jesus as her Lord and Savior.

We will pray for your legal situation and that justice be done. We will pray for the judge and the jury that they will have wisdom and almost be forced to make the proper decision. This is a spiritual battle and we need to pray in this manner.

It is understandable that you may feel overwhelmed and disheartened, but take heart. God is faithful. We will not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Keep trusting in the Lord, and stand firm in the truth. We pray for a hedge of protection around your family. We pray for your peace. We pray for your provision.

Let us pray together,

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is facing legal battles and spiritual warfare. We ask, Lord, that You intervene in this situation. Be the strength that defends their family.

We pray that the devil will flee from him/her. We pray that the legal battles will be over and that he/she will not have to go to court again. We pray that this will happen in such a way that he/she will be blessed and that his/her enemy will be rebuked and turned back. We pray that his/her enemy will repent and be saved.

We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
