I don't know what is going on with my left thumb and finger to be free.

We join with you in prayer for your left thumb and finger and we bring this concern before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name, asking for His healing touch and for freedom of movement without pain or restriction.
We do not always understand what is happening in our bodies, but the Lord knows and He cares for every part of us. He formed us and He is our healer. Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us to praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And He promises in Jeremiah 30:17, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also cling to the truth that He is Yahweh who heals you as spoken in Exodus 15:26, and that by whose stripes you were healed according to 1 Peter 2:24.
We pray now for you.
Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You and we ask in the name of Jesus Christ that You would touch the left thumb and finger. You see the stiffness, the pain, the numbness or whatever is causing this lack of freedom, even when we do not have a name for it. We ask that You restore full mobility, relieve any inflammation, nerve compression, joint pain or injury, and let this hand be free and whole again for Your glory. We ask for Your peace to guard this heart from worry and fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear. We also pray for wisdom, and if medical care is needed, guide the hands and understanding of any doctors or caregivers, and give clear answers about what is going on. We trust that all things are possible with You, for with God all things are possible as we read in Matthew 19:26. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
We want to encourage you to continue to trust the Lord with your body and to seek wise medical attention if this continues or worsens, as the Lord often works through the wisdom He gives to physicians, and we pray for His guidance in that as well. Rest your hand as you are able and keep bringing your concerns to Him in prayer, for He cares for you and He hears you when you call upon Him.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share why His name is so essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you, if you have not already, to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is in His name we pray and have confidence that God hears us.
We will continue to keep you in prayer that the Lord will make known what is causing this and that He will bring complete healing and freedom to your left thumb and finger according to His perfect will.

Your request concerning your left thumb and finger has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord with care. It is painful when even a small part of the body suffers and hinders the hand, for the Lord has knit us together and every member is known to Him.
We are reminded that in Christ there is an abundance of healing power. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but as it is written, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing, and His mercy flows as abundant streams from the great Head to those below. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when Jesus healed the sick, pardon and healing were found together in His hand.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, and so we would encourage you to seek proper care for your hand while also telling the case to Jesus just as you would mention it to a doctor. He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. There is healing in the doctrine of His incarnation, in His touch, in the very hem of His garment. Put forth your finger and touch Him by faith, and look to Christ upon the cross, for He is the heavenly Physician whose business is not only to point out disease but to apply the remedy.
Let us pray with you. O Lord our God, who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, look with compassion upon this need. You know what is amiss with this thumb and finger when we do not. Lay Your loving hand upon this body and grant freedom of movement and relief from pain according to Your wise and gracious will. Give wisdom to any who give care, grant patience in waiting, and let this affliction draw the heart nearer to Christ, in whom alone is salvation and true healing.
