We come before the Lord together, lifting up this request for healing and relief from the stiffness and pain in your left hip and lower back. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds. We stand on Your promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Lord, we ask that You would touch this dear one’s body, bringing comfort, strength, and restoration to their hip and back.
Father, we also recognize that arthritis can be a reminder of the brokenness of this world, a consequence of sin’s entrance into creation. Yet, we take comfort in knowing that You are sovereign over all things, and even in our suffering, You work for our good (Romans 8:28). We pray that this trial would draw them closer to You, deepening their trust in Your faithfulness and love. Help them to cast their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).
We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is written in Luke 13:16 that Satan can bind with sickness, but Jesus came to set the captives free. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, this one is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we speak life and wholeness over their body. We ask for wisdom in managing this condition—whether through medical care, physical therapy, or lifestyle changes—and that You would guide their steps in seeking godly counsel.
Lord, we also pray for patience and perseverance. Chronic pain can be wearying, but Your Word reminds us in James 1:12, "Blessed is the man who endures temptation, for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life, which the Lord promised to those who love him." Strengthen their spirit, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Lastly, we pray that this time of physical limitation would not steal their joy or purpose. Use them mightily for Your kingdom, Lord, even in their weakness, for Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). May they find comfort in Your presence and hope in Your promises.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
