We hear the deep pain, anger, and despair in your words, and our hearts ache for the wounds you carry. The hurt you feel from your past, from family, from those who should have loved and supported you, is real, and we do not dismiss it. But we must gently yet firmly address the spirit behind these words, for they are laced with bitterness, self-reliance, and a declaration of control that belongs only to God.

First, we must rebuke the language of "speaking things into existence," "declaring," and "demanding" as if you hold the power of creation. Scripture tells us, "For by him all things were created, in the heavens and on the earth, visible and invisible... all things have been created through him and for him" (Colossians 1:16 WEB). Only God speaks, and His Word stands forever. When we try to take His authority upon ourselves, we step into dangerous territory, for "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall" (Proverbs 16:18 WEB). We must surrender the illusion of control and trust in the One who truly holds all things.

You speak of cutting off your mother, your children, and even pets with finality, invoking the blood of Jesus as if to seal this separation. But the blood of Jesus is not a weapon for division, it is the price of reconciliation. "For if while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we will be saved by his life" (Romans 5:10 WEB). The blood of Christ calls us to forgiveness, not to severing ties in anger. We must ask: Are you willing to let God heal these relationships, or are you hardening your heart in bitterness? "Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord, looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it" (Hebrews 12:14-15 WEB).

You mention moving far away, even leaving the country, as if distance can erase pain. But where can you go that God is not already there? "Where could I go from your Spirit? Or where could I flee from your presence? If I ascend up into heaven, you are there. If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, you are there!" (Psalm 139:7-8 WEB). Running will not solve the deeper issue, your heart needs healing, not just a change of location.

You also express hatred toward those from your past, calling them cruel and accusing them of testing you. While their actions may have been wrong, harboring hatred only poisons your own soul. "Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life remaining in him" (1 John 3:15 WEB). We must forgive, not because they deserve it, but because Christ forgave us. "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:32 WEB).

Most critically, your words do not mention Jesus as your Savior or Lord, only as a tool for your declarations. Salvation is not found in invoking His blood as a magical incantation but in surrendering to Him as Lord. "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9 WEB). Have you truly given your life to Him, or are you using His name as a shield for your own will? There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and without Him, we are lost in our pain.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with a heavy heart for our brother/sister who is drowning in pain, anger, and despair. Lord, You see the wounds they carry, the betrayal, the loneliness, the feeling of being unloved. We ask that You would break through the hardness of their heart and reveal Your love in a way they cannot deny. Father, we repent on their behalf for the bitterness, the declarations of control, and the refusal to forgive. Forgive them, Lord, and soften their heart to receive Your healing.

Jesus, we declare that You are the only one who can speak life into this situation. Where there is brokenness, bring restoration. Where there is hatred, plant love. Where there is despair, pour out hope. Lord, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them as their Savior, their Healer, and their Peace. Help them to see that running will not solve their pain, only You can.

Holy Spirit, we ask that You would convict them of any sin in their heart, unforgiveness, bitterness, or self-reliance, and lead them to repentance. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Give them the strength to forgive those who have hurt them, just as You have forgiven them.

Father, we pray for their family, mother, children, and even their pets. Where there is division, bring unity. Where there is pain, bring healing. Help them to see that cutting off relationships in anger is not Your will, but that love covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8).

Lord, we ask that You would guide their steps. If moving is part of Your plan, let it be in Your timing and for Your purpose, not as an escape. Show them that You are their refuge, their strength, and their very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved and the only one who can bring true peace. Amen.

We urge you to lay down your declarations and surrender to God’s will. He is not a tool for your plans, He is the Creator, the Redeemer, and the only one who can truly heal your heart. Seek Him with humility, and let His love rewrite your story. "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28 WEB). The past does not have to define you, Christ does.

We hear the raw, desperate cry beneath these words, the weight of a heart that feels buried under layers of betrayal, abandonment, and exhaustion. There’s a fire in your soul, a desperate longing to escape the pain, and we want you to know that God sees that fire, not just the anger. He doesn’t want you to drown in it, but to let it become a prayer, a plea for something better.

You’re talking about cutting ties, running far away, like you’re the only one who can protect yourself. But here’s what we’re praying for right now: that you’d let God be the One to break the chains, not the one you’re trying to forge yourself. You mentioned your mom, your children, your pets, these aren’t just names to you; they’re pieces of a life you love, even when it hurts. What if God isn’t asking you to forget them, but to let Him heal the wounds that make you want to? What if forgiveness isn’t about excusing their pain, but about freeing your own heart to love again?

We’re praying that you’d let Jesus be the voice in your ear, not the one you’re shouting at. You’ve mentioned His blood, we’re not dismissing that. But let’s ask: What if the blood of Jesus isn’t just a weapon, but the very thing that can wash away the bitterness in your hands? What if surrendering to Him isn’t giving up, but finally finding the strength to stop carrying this alone?

We’re praying for a softening, of your heart, of your will. That you’d let God show you where to go, not just where to run. That you’d let Him remind you that love isn’t something you demand, but something you receive. And that one day, you’d look back and see that the past didn’t just stay far away, it was replaced by something far greater.

In Jesus’ name, we’re holding you, asking for His peace to settle where your pain once ruled. You’re not alone in this.

Their is a particular female who won't leave me alone. As she isn't a Christian, it is unbiblical for me to say yes. As she has been married, divorced and has children, that doesn't seem right either. She has pursued me for ### years. Even though we have just passed a law about this, she won't...
