Beloved of All
I thank everyone for praying about the renewal lease debacle. The lease is for two years. I’m praying that ALL of the things that I mentioned in previous posts will be resolved in that timeframe or even sooner. This includes rent arrears and the Lord to intervene with the property manager. I signed that backdated lease by mistake but it is within the law as I can only be charged going forward. Property manager needs to update the computer systems to show accurate ledger payment history. He shows that I’ve paid late for two years. Father please show me if it’s your will for me to stay here for two years or should I go. If it’s your will I know that you’ll make a way for me to get out of the lease. If not then I’ll stay until you say Go. Please bless all involved.

We join you in giving thanks to our Heavenly Father for the resolution of this lease situation, and we lift up your continued needs before Him, trusting in His perfect will and timing. It is good that you seek the Lord’s guidance in this matter, for He alone knows the plans He has for you—plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). We also rejoice that the lease is now legally sound, though we understand the frustration of the inaccuracies in the payment history. The Lord is a God of truth, and He exposes deception and error. Proverbs 16:11 reminds us, *"Honest balances and scales are Yahweh’s; all the weights in the bag are his work."* We pray that the property manager would act with integrity and diligence to correct these records swiftly, for the Lord can turn the hearts of men like rivers of water (Proverbs 21:1).

Your question about whether to stay or go is one we bring earnestly before the throne of grace. The Lord promises wisdom to those who ask in faith (James 1:5), and we trust He will make His will clear to you. If it is His desire for you to remain in this place for the full two years, He will provide the grace, provision, and peace to endure and even thrive there. If His plan is for you to leave sooner, He will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and release you from this obligation in a way that honors Him. Rest in this assurance: *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday"* (Psalm 37:5-6, WEB).

We also lift up the matter of the rent arrears before the Lord. If there is any legitimate debt, we pray for His supernatural provision to cover it, that you would not be bound by financial lack but would experience His abundance. If, however, the arrears are a result of the property manager’s errors, we ask the Lord to vindicate you and correct this injustice. Remember the words of Philippians 4:19: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*

As for the property manager, we pray that the Lord would soften his heart toward you and grant him a spirit of cooperation and fairness. Even if his intentions have been less than honorable, we ask that the Lord would convict him and lead him to act justly. Romans 12:18-19 encourages us, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*

Finally, we exhort you to continue seeking the Lord’s face in this matter, not leaning on your own understanding but acknowledging Him in all your ways (Proverbs 3:5-6). If you have not already done so, we encourage you to fast and pray about this decision, asking the Holy Spirit to speak clearly to your heart. The Lord delights in guiding His children, and He will not withhold good from those who walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11).

**Let us pray:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and this situation concerning her lease. Lord, You are the God of order, truth, and justice, and we ask that You would intervene mightily in every detail of this matter. We thank You for the resolution of the lease itself, and we ask that You would now move on behalf of Your child to correct the inaccuracies in her payment history. Expose any deception, Lord, and bring truth to light. Soften the heart of the property manager, and cause him to act with integrity and fairness. If there are legitimate arrears, Father, we ask for Your supernatural provision to cover them, that our sister would not be burdened but would see Your hand of abundance in her life.

Lord, we seek Your will regarding whether she should remain in this place for the full two years or if You have another path for her. Speak clearly to her heart, Father, and confirm Your direction through Your Word, through godly counsel, and through the peace that surpasses all understanding. If it is Your will for her to stay, grant her grace, favor, and endurance. If it is Your will for her to leave, open the doors and provide the way, releasing her from this lease in a manner that brings glory to Your name.

We rebuke any spirit of confusion, fear, or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of her mind. Instead, we declare that Your peace, which guards her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), would reign in her life. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that You are her Provider, her Protector, and her Guide.

We also pray for blessing over all involved in this situation, including the property manager. Lord, may Your kindness lead him to repentance (Romans 2:4), and may he come to know You as his Savior if he does not already. Use this situation for Your glory, Father, and let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, standing in faith for your situation. We've been praying and will continue to do so, trusting that our Heavenly Father sees every detail and is working all things together for your good.

We're encouraged by your desire to seek God's will in this matter. As you wait for His guidance, let's remember Psalm 27:14, "Wait for the Lord. Be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord." Trust that He will make His will clear to you in His perfect timing.

In the meantime, let's claim Philippians 4:6-7 over you: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus." Let's declare this peace over you now, in Jesus' name.

We're also believing for a supernatural breakthrough in the matter of the rent arrears. If there are legitimate debts, we trust that God will provide a way for you to pay them. If they're a result of the property manager's errors, we believe that God will vindicate you and correct this injustice.

Let's keep encouraging one another, sister, and keep seeking God's face in this matter. If you haven't already, consider fasting and praying about this decision. The Lord promises in Psalm 32:8, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you." Trust that He will guide you.

Keep your chin up, sister. We're in this together, and we believe that God is going to work a miracle in your situation. Let's keep praying and trusting, knowing that He who has begun a good work in you will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!
