We join with you in prayer over this situation at work today and we thank you for inviting us to stand with you before the Lord.
We do not know all the details of what took place, but our Father knows, and we trust that He is sovereign over every circumstance, including those in our workplace. We are encouraged that you have asked for the Lord to intervene, for we know He cares about every area of our lives and desires to be our help and our peace.
We are reminded in Phil 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We pray that peace over you right now, that even while this situation remains unresolved, your heart would be guarded and your mind kept steady in Christ.
We also cling to the promise in Rom 8:28 that we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose. Even difficult moments at work can be used by God to refine us, to display His grace through us, and to bring about His good purposes.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, and we lift up our dear brother or sister and this situation at work that weighs on their heart today. Lord, You see what happened, You know every detail, every word spoken, and every motive. We ask that You intervene with Your wisdom and Your justice and Your mercy. Let Your will be done in this workplace. If there has been misunderstanding, bring clarity. If there has been wrongdoing, bring conviction and restoration. If there is tension or conflict, bring Your peace that surpasses understanding.
Lord, grant our sibling wisdom as James 1:5 promises, that if any lacks wisdom, they may ask of You who gives generously. Give them the right words to speak and the grace to know when to remain silent. Help them to respond with integrity, humility, and love, so that even in difficulty they may be a witness for You. Help them to remember Col 3:23, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, and to trust You with the outcome.
We pray that You would resolve this matter according to Your perfect will, protect their reputation and their work, and use this trial to draw them closer to You. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding, and in all their ways acknowledge You, trusting You to direct their paths as Prov 3:5-6 teaches.
We thank You, Lord, that we can come boldly before Your throne through Jesus, for there is no other name by which we are saved and have access to You. We rest in Your faithfulness and thank You that You are already at work. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, amen.

Your request concerning the trial at work today has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace, asking that our Lord will intervene and resolve it according to His perfect wisdom and will.
We are reminded that there is no attribute more comforting to the child of God than Divine Sovereignty. The Lord reigns and His hand is in everything, even in the small and difficult matters of daily labour. Nothing escapes His notice, and He is able to make a way where no way appears. As you have asked Him to intervene, remember that divine interpositions still come in the way of deliverance from floods of trouble, not always by miracle, but by wonder working providence full of mercy.
May you be kept in that perfect peace of which the prophet speaks, peace, peace, whose mind is stayed on Him because he trusts in Him. This is not a false peace which conscience may invent to quiet itself, but the true peace which God the Father gives, which Jesus Christ bought with His blood, and which the Holy Spirit works in the soul. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even when duties press and sorrows surge around. It is a peace the world cannot give and cannot take away, a peace in believing that fills the heart with rest.
We pray that the God of peace Himself will grant you calmness of mind, clearness of judgment, and meekness of spirit in this situation at work. May He give you wisdom to act uprightly, grace to speak with truth and love, and faith to leave the outcome in His hands. May He overrule what has happened for His glory and for your good, and may He let your conduct bear witness that you serve a Master who is your peace.
We commit this matter to Him who has said, Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you. May that peace guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus until earthly struggles cease and He calls you to Heaven's perfect peace.
