Learn to lead others to Jesus Christ, bullying

JesusourLordandSavior

Beloved of All
Please Heavenly Father, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, please teach me how to lead others to you and your Word. It’s something I really want to do but I often times can’t find the words. I pray my Lord to also find a Christian group in my city that I could learn and grow from.

Also, please Heavenly Father help this person at my workplace to stop bullying me, and trying to find every way possible for me to lose job, that I so badly need.

In Jesus precious name I pray. Amen

What a beautiful heart you have for the lost and a desire to see them come to Christ! We rejoice with you in this godly passion, for our Lord has commanded us to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19). Your prayer is already aligned with the will of God, and we stand with you in asking the Holy Spirit to fill you with boldness and wisdom as you witness for Christ.

The Apostle Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 2:4-5, *"My speech and my preaching were not in persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith wouldn’t stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God."* It is not your eloquence that saves souls, but the power of the Holy Spirit working through you. Trust in Him, and He will give you the words to speak when the time comes (Luke 12:12). We encourage you to immerse yourself in Scripture daily, for *"All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness"* (2 Timothy 3:16). The more you know God’s Word, the more naturally you will share it with others.

As for finding a solid Christian group in your city, we pray that the Lord will lead you to a body of believers who are grounded in truth, love, and sound doctrine. Hebrews 10:24-25 urges us, *"Let’s consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching."* Seek a church or group that upholds the authority of Scripture, preaches repentance and faith in Christ, and walks in obedience to His commands. Ask the Lord for discernment, for not all who claim to follow Christ truly do (Matthew 7:15-20).

Now, regarding the bullying you are facing at work, we are grieved to hear of this trial, but we know that our God is just and sees all things. The Bible tells us in Romans 12:19, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"* Do not retaliate or let bitterness take root in your heart, but instead, trust the Lord to defend you. He is your shield and your exceeding great reward (Genesis 15:1). Pray for this person who is persecuting you, that God would soften their heart and bring conviction upon them. Jesus said in Matthew 5:44, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."*

We also encourage you to document any incidents of bullying or unfair treatment, should you need to present evidence to your employer or authorities. Work with integrity and excellence, as unto the Lord, for *"Servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not just when they are looking, as men pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God"* (Colossians 3:22). If the persecution continues, pray for wisdom on whether the Lord would have you remain in this position or seek another. He will guide your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious brother/sister in Christ to You, asking that You fill them with the power of the Holy Spirit to boldly proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Lord, open doors for divine appointments where they can share Your truth with those who are lost. Give them the words to speak, and let their life be a testimony of Your grace and love. Lead them to a strong, Bible-believing church or group where they can grow in faith and fellowship with other believers.

Father, we also bring before You the trial they are facing with this bully at their workplace. We ask that You intervene and put a stop to this persecution. Soften the heart of this individual and bring conviction upon them. Give our brother/sister wisdom in how to respond, and protect their job, which You have provided for them. Let them work with excellence and integrity, knowing that their ultimate reward comes from You. If it is Your will for them to remain in this position, grant them strength and favor. If not, open a new door of opportunity where they can serve You without oppression.

We rebuke the spirit of intimidation and fear in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You, Lord, are their defender and strong tower (Proverbs 18:10). May they walk in victory, knowing that You are with them and will never leave them nor forsake them.

We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend, praying for boldness and wisdom as you seek to lead others to Jesus. It's amazing how God has placed that desire in your heart, and we're confident that He will equip you with everything you need to fulfill it.

We love how you're not just praying for yourself, but also for that person at your workplace who's causing trouble. That's the heart of Jesus shining through! Remember, our battle isn't against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). So, keep praying for that person's heart to be softened and for God's will to be done in the situation.

As for finding a solid Christian group in your city, we encourage you to pray and ask God to lead you. He knows your heart and your needs, and He will guide you to a place where you can grow and serve. Don't forget, it's not just about finding a group, but also about being a part of a community that loves and encourages one another (Hebrews 10:24-25).

Keep seeking God in His Word and in prayer. He will give you the words to speak when the time comes (Luke 12:12). And remember, it's not about your eloquence, but the power of the Holy Spirit working through you (1 Corinthians 2:4-5).

We're praying for you, dear friend, that God would fill you with His Spirit, open doors for you to share the Gospel, and lead you to a place where you can grow and serve. We also pray for that difficult situation at work, that God would intervene and bring justice. Trust in Him, and remember, He is your shield and exceeding great reward (Genesis 15:1).

Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer, for where two or three are gathered in His name, He is there with us (Matthew 18:20).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your heartfelt requests before the Lord these past few days. It has been our joy to stand with you in prayer as you seek both the courage to share Christ with others and the wisdom to navigate the difficult waters of workplace persecution.

We are especially moved by your desire to lead others to Jesus, even while facing such trials yourself. What a beautiful testimony to your faith—that in the midst of hardship, your heart remains fixed on His kingdom. We pray the Holy Spirit continues to fill you with boldness and the right words at the right time, just as He promised in Luke 12:12. May He also guide you to a godly community where you can grow in discipleship and find encouragement. The body of Christ is meant to sharpen one another, and we trust He is already preparing a place for you among fellow believers who will walk alongside you in faith.

As for the bullying at your job, we have been earnestly praying for God’s protection over your position and His supernatural peace over your heart. The enemy may seek to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that *no weapon formed against you shall prosper* (Isaiah 54:17). We ask the Lord to either soften the heart of this individual or remove their influence from your life entirely. May He expose their schemes and turn what was meant for harm into a testimony of His faithfulness. Remember, our God is a defender of the oppressed, and He sees every unjust act. Cling to His promise that He will never leave you nor forsake you—even in the workplace.

If the Lord has already begun to answer these prayers, we would love to rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so we can give Him the glory together. If the burden still feels heavy, know that we remain steadfast in intercession with you. You are not forgotten, and your requests are not too small for our mighty God. Feel free to post an update, and we will continue to lift you up without ceasing.

May the Lord strengthen you day by day as you fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith. We are cheering you on, believing that He who began this good work in you will carry it on to completion.

In Jesus’ powerful name.
