We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for your daughter. Father in Heaven, we know that You see every detail of her situation—her struggles, her needs, and the systems that seem to hold her captive. We cry out to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and the only name through which we have access to Your throne.
Lord, we ask that You intervene in this legal and medical battle. Your Word declares in Psalm 34:17-18, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* We claim this promise over her life. You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You move in the hearts of the lawyers, caseworkers, and medical professionals involved. Soften their hearts to see her true needs and grant them wisdom to act with compassion and justice. Let them recognize that she requires the medical treatment she needs—such as the Invega shot—without unnecessary confinement in a mental facility. We pray that she would receive this care in a hospital setting and be released from any unjust legal hold.
Father, we also lift up her mental and emotional well-being. We rebuke any spirit of confusion, fear, or despair that may be attacking her mind. Your Word tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We declare that she will walk in the peace and soundness of mind that only You can provide. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that she is never alone—You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We must also address the spiritual foundation of this request. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You, Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If your daughter does not yet know Jesus as her Lord and Savior, we pray that this trial would draw her to Him. May she experience His love, grace, and deliverance in a personal way. If she is already a believer, we ask that You deepen her trust in You and remind her that Your plans for her are for good and not for harm, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
Lord, we also lift up those who are making decisions about her care. We pray that they would act with integrity, wisdom, and a heart for justice. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* We ask that You turn their hearts toward mercy and truth. Let them see her as You see her—a precious soul in need of Your healing touch.
We stand in the gap for her, Lord, and we declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke any spirit of oppression or injustice that seeks to keep her bound. We speak freedom over her life in the name of Jesus, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36).
Heavenly Father, we trust You to work all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). We ask that You would bring clarity to her situation, peace to her heart, and healing to her mind and body. May she walk in the fullness of Your blessings and experience Your presence in a tangible way during this time.
We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
