Shalom brethren. yes kan I used to do a lot of fasting lost about 2 stone in weight not all at once but on and off. It was the days of psychiatric nurse and forced injections for schitzophrenia. She said I was neglecting myself and would be sectioned eg forced back into mental hospital if I did not comply and stop fasting.
