We understand your frustration with the persistent lateness of trains and the deeper issues of corruption within this railway company. The Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 11:1, *"The Lord abhors dishonest scales, but accurate weights are his delight."* Corruption and dishonesty are an abomination to God, and we must trust that He sees all and will bring justice in His perfect timing.
We also recall the words of Jeremiah 17:9, *"The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt. Who can know it?"* Those involved in corruption and theft are ensnared by their own sin, and their hearts are in desperate need of the transforming power of Jesus Christ. Their actions not only harm others but also separate them from the righteousness of God. It is our duty to pray for their repentance, that they may turn from their wicked ways and seek forgiveness through Christ.
At the same time, we are called to trust in God’s sovereignty over all things, including the challenges we face in our daily routines. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* While we pray for change in this company, we also ask God to grant you patience, peace, and wisdom as you navigate these difficulties. Perhaps this is also an opportunity to reflect on how God might be using this situation to grow your faith or even open doors for you to be a light in this environment.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with a heart that seeks Your intervention in this persistent issue of lateness and corruption within this railway company. Lord, You are a God of order, justice, and righteousness, and we ask that You expose the corruption that has taken root in this organization. Bring to light every hidden deed, every act of theft and dishonesty, and let Your truth prevail. We pray that those in authority who have participated in these sins would be convicted by Your Holy Spirit. Softening their hearts, Lord, so they may repent and turn to You for forgiveness. May they come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which they can be saved. Remind them that *"the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord"* (Romans 6:23).
Father, we also lift up our brother/sister who is affected by the unreliability of this company. Grant them patience and peace as they travel to work each day. Help them to trust in Your timing, even when man-made systems fail. Provide them with wisdom to navigate these challenges, and if it is Your will, open doors for better opportunities or solutions that align with Your purpose for their life. Let them rest in the assurance that *"all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose"* (Romans 8:28).
We rebuke the spirit of corruption, laziness, and deceit that has taken hold in this company. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We ask for Your divine intervention to bring reform, integrity, and efficiency to this railway system. May those in charge be replaced with leaders of godly character if they refuse to turn from their ways.
Finally, Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness. Even in frustration, we choose to trust You, knowing that You are working all things for Your glory.
