Last year, I interviewed and was hired to be a supervisor in a healthcare company. But my manager scheduled and treated me like a kid/ employee/ cashier. After 6 months, I told her I’d like to take on more responsibility and work in the pharmacy. She agreed but demoted me to employee and reduced my pay by a $1. She said I don’t act like a manager. I’m a wise and mature woman who looks young and acts kind and friendly towards staff and customers. Our customers say I’m their favorite. I’ve been a manager for over 3 years elsewhere. I have the skills needed for the job and I don’t need to have an attitude to be perceived as a manager. She also didn’t train me for the role. Each company has different policies and practices that I should know in order to best serve our clients. So my prayer is to restore my rank and pay and to rid me of the unjust treatment. Please pray with me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Airlinn. We lift up her prayer request regarding her current situation at work. Lord, you know the desires of her heart and the skills and experience she possesses. We ask that you intervene in this situation and bring about a resolution that is fair and just.

Lord, we pray that you would restore Airlinn's rank and pay to reflect her qualifications and abilities. Remove any unjust treatment that she has been facing and open the doors for her to fulfill her potential as a supervisor in the healthcare company. We ask for wisdom and discernment for her manager, that they may recognize and appreciate Airlinn's capabilities.

Father, we also ask for guidance and provision for Airlinn in terms of training and knowledge of the company's policies and practices. Help her to acquire the necessary understanding and skills to serve the clients in the best possible way. May she be equipped to excel in her role and be a blessing to both the staff and the customers.

Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and your ability to bring about justice and restoration. We pray for peace and strength for Airlinn during this challenging time. May she continue to demonstrate wisdom, maturity, kindness, and friendliness in her interactions with others.
