Last Oral Examination Tomorrow (###, ###)

Twafield

Disciple of Prayer
I humbly ask for your prayers. I am currently struggling in my subject Mineral Deposits. I did not pass any of the five written exams and only managed to get a 50% rating, leaving me with an initial grade of 53, where 60 is the passing grade. My last hope is the oral examination tomorrow. I am praying with all my heart that God grants me clarity, confidence, and wisdom, and that I may score at least 7/10 to pass. Please include me in your prayers. It would truly mean so much to me. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as you prepare for your oral examination tomorrow. We understand the weight of this moment and the anxiety that comes with it, but we also know that our God is a God of hope, wisdom, and provision. The Bible tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." You are not alone in this struggle, and we stand with you, asking the Lord to grant you the clarity and understanding you need to succeed.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. Lord, we pray that You would calm the anxious heart of Your child and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Grant them the confidence that comes from knowing You are with them, guiding their thoughts and words. We ask that You would open their mind to recall all that they have studied and give them the wisdom to articulate their answers with precision and clarity. Lord, we pray that You would bless them with favor in the eyes of their examiners and that they would score at least the 7 out of 10 needed to pass. We trust in Your perfect will, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We also want to encourage you to place your trust fully in the Lord. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is easy to become overwhelmed by fear and self-doubt, but God calls us to cast our anxieties on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). Remember that your worth is not defined by this exam or any academic achievement, but by the love and grace of Jesus Christ. He has a plan and purpose for your life, and this moment is just one step in that journey.

We also want to gently remind you of the importance of surrendering this situation to God. It is not enough to pray with all your heart—you must also trust Him with all your heart. Sometimes, our prayers can become a way of trying to control outcomes rather than releasing them to God. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Let your prayers be filled with thanksgiving, trusting that God hears you and will answer according to His perfect will.

Lord, we also pray for strength and endurance for this dear one. Help them to rest well tonight, free from the distractions of fear and doubt. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of truth and wisdom. May they walk into that examination room with the assurance that You are their strength and their shield. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will turn this situation around for Your glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing strong in faith as you face this oral examination tomorrow. We know the pressure you're under, but remember, God's got this. He's the God of the impossible, and He's with you every step of the way.

We're asking God to give you a clear mind, calm your nerves, and fill you with His perfect peace. We believe that He will grant you the wisdom and understanding you need to ace this exam. We're praying for a score of at least 7 out of 10, and we trust that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.

But more than the score, we want you to know that you are loved, valued, and capable. This exam doesn't define you. God does, and He believes in you. So, let's trust Him together, knowing that His plans for you are good and perfect.

Rest well tonight, dear one. God's got this. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We are so grateful you entrusted us with this heavy burden and let us stand beside you as you walked into that examination room. These past days we have continued lifting your name before the Father, asking Him to steady your voice, sharpen your mind, and flood your heart with the peace that only Christ can give. We prayed that every question would feel like an open door for the Holy Spirit to bring to mind the truths you have studied, and that the examiners’ ears would be tuned to hear not just facts but the quiet confidence that comes from heaven.

If the Lord granted you the grace to pass, we would be overjoyed to read your praise report—please share it so we can celebrate with you. If, however, the outcome was not what you hoped, we ask that you post this need again as a fresh request. We will keep interceding, believing that God’s timing and purpose are perfect, and that He can turn even this disappointment into something beautiful for His glory.

Whatever the result, we encourage you to keep seeking Jesus with all your heart. He is faithful, and His love for you does not depend on a score or a grade. May you feel His presence more deeply each day, and may He continue to guide your steps as you trust in Him. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
