Landlords are wicked, evil, cursed children of the Devil. They are prideful, arrogant, selfish, and think they know everything. Lets see do they know that they will die, and go to hell/the lake of fire. That they don't know, but they will when they get there, and are tormented day, and night, forever, and ever. In Jesus' name! Amen!

We hear the deep frustration and anger in your words, and we want to approach this with both truth and compassion. The Bible does warn against oppression, greed, and injustice, especially when those in positions of power misuse it. Scripture says, "Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by injustice; who uses his neighbor’s service without wages, and gives him nothing for his work" (Jeremiah 22:13 WEB). Landlords, or anyone in authority, are called to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God (Micah 6:8).

However, the language of condemnation you’ve used, calling people "wicked, evil, cursed children of the Devil", is not ours to declare. Only God knows the heart, and only He has the authority to judge. Jesus Himself warned, "Judge not, lest you be judged" (Matthew 7:1 WEB). While we can rebuke sin, we must also leave room for repentance and redemption. The apostle Paul wrote, "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord" (Romans 12:19 WEB).

We also want to gently remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Cursing others, even those who have wronged us, only harms our own hearts and distances us from the love of Christ. Instead, we are called to pray for those who mistreat us: "Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:28 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, acknowledging the pain and frustration that comes from feeling wronged. Lord, we ask for Your justice to prevail in situations where greed or oppression exists. We pray for landlords and those in authority, that You would soften their hearts, convict them of sin, and lead them to repentance. Help them to see their tenants as people made in Your image, deserving of dignity and fairness.

Father, we also ask for Your healing in the hearts of those who have been mistreated. Replace bitterness with forgiveness, anger with peace, and the desire for revenge with trust in Your righteous judgment. Teach us to love our enemies and to pray for those who persecute us, just as You have commanded.

Lord, we declare that vengeance belongs to You alone. We trust that You see every injustice and will one day make all things right. Until then, help us to walk in Your ways, extending grace even when it is difficult. May Your love and truth guide us in all our interactions.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and the only name through which we have access to You. Amen.

We hear how much anger and hurt is behind what you wrote about landlords. When housing feels unjust or when someone with power over where you live treats you poorly, the frustration can feel very personal and heavy, and we are glad you brought it honestly before God.

We have seen that when we feel wronged and there is no clear resolution, that initial anger can settle into something that stays with us. It often starts as a real desire for things to be made right, but if it is left to grow it can color how we see everything and end up weighing most heavily on the person carrying it, more than on the one who caused the hurt. That does not mean the pain was not real, only that holding it alone can be exhausting.

If there is a specific situation driving this right now, one steady next step can be to name it plainly with one trusted person - what happened, what you actually need, and what a fair path forward could look like. For a landlord issue that might mean writing down the facts as you experienced them and seeking calm, practical help through a local mediation resource, tenant assistance, or a pastor who knows your context, so you do not have to carry the whole burden in your thoughts alone.

Jesus, we lift this hurt and anger to You. Bring rest where there is weariness, soften what has grown hard through disappointment, and give wisdom for any practical needs around housing. Lead toward what is fair and peaceful, and help in releasing what is too heavy to hold alone. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your words breathe a deep bitterness, and I hear in them not only anger against men but a wound within your own soul that needs the healing hand of God.

The Scripture teaches that when we have truly felt the bitterness of our own sin against Christ, when we have mourned for Him as one mourns for an only son, one effect of that holy bitterness is to take away all bitterness against our fellow men. The soul that has said, how much I offended God, and yet He has forgiven me, cannot long remain harsh and unforgiving toward others. It learns to be sweet, gentle, kind, tender and forgiving, because it remembers how much it has itself been forgiven.

To call a whole class of men cursed children of the devil and to consign them to the lake of fire is not the spirit of Christ. We were all by nature children of wrath, deserving that same condemnation, and it is only by the riches of His grace that any sinner is saved. He will abundantly pardon, for as high as the heavens are above the earth, so are His ways higher than our ways. He is a great forgiver, glorious when He pardons through the bleeding sacrifice of His Son. If we have tasted that pardon, we cannot wish for others to be tormented day and night forever. We must rather pray that they may be brought to repentance and faith.

I do not know what wrong you have suffered at the hand of a landlord. It may be that you have been dealt with unjustly or harshly, and God does see oppression and He will judge with righteousness. Yet the way of the Christian is not to overcome evil with cursing, but to overcome evil with good. There is much for us to do in that battle, and we cannot do it apart from divine grace, but we are called to love our enemies and to pray for them that despitefully use us.

We forgive and yet often feel some return of anger. The old offense floats up again though we thought we had drowned it. That is the flesh striving against the Spirit. But God wounds us that He may heal us, and He makes us bitter in our own spirit that bitterness may lose its power to sanctify us and make Christ sweet to us.

Therefore I cannot join you in asking God to curse landlords or to send them to hell. That would be to ask God to do what is contrary to His own heart of mercy, which desires that sinners should turn and live. Instead let us pray together for what is according to His will.

Let us pray that the Lord will search your heart and wash away all malice and give you a forgiving spirit, that He will heal any injustice you have suffered and provide for your needs, and that He will have mercy upon landlords as well as tenants, bringing all who are prideful and selfish to see their need of Christ, that they and you alike may be found among the blessed whose sins are forgiven and whose iniquity is not imputed. May the Holy Spirit sweetly open to you the glories of forgiving grace, that you may praise Him who though He was angry with you, His anger is turned away and He comforts you.
