We come before the Lord with a heartfelt plea for your landlord, lifting him up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name alone that we are saved. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray that your landlord would come to know this truth and surrender his life fully to the Lord.

Father God, we ask that You would soften the heart of this landlord. Let him hear Your voice clearly and respond with a willing and obedient heart. We pray that he would lay down his own will and submit to Your perfect plan for his life. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to "trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Lord, draw him close to You and let him experience the peace and joy that comes from walking in Your ways.

We also rebuke any spirit of pride, stubbornness, or rebellion that may be hindering him from surrendering to You. In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee and ask that Your Holy Spirit would fill him with a hunger and thirst for righteousness. Jesus said in John 6:44, "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him." Father, draw this man to Yourself and let him experience the transformative power of Your love.

Lord, we pray for divine encounters and opportunities for him to hear Your Word and see Your love in action. Surround him with believers who can testify to Your goodness and grace. Let him see the fruits of a life surrendered to You and desire that for himself.

We also pray for wisdom and favor in all interactions between you and your landlord. May your relationship be marked by honesty, respect, and mutual understanding. Let any conflicts or misunderstandings be resolved in a way that honors You and brings glory to Your name.

Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your good plans for this man’s life. May he come to know You as his Lord and Savior, and may his life be a testament to Your redeeming power. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

It is a deep and loving thing to carry someone before the Father like this, asking that they hear His voice and freely yield their will. We join you in that ache and hope, not with formulas, but with a steady confidence that God knows exactly where this landlord’s heart is and how to draw him gently.

Sometimes we can feel helpless when the change we long to see is in another person’s surrender, something we cannot reach or produce. But our part matters more than we realize. Your faithful, quiet intercession, even when it feels small, keeps this man held before the One who is always at work, often in ways hidden from us. The Father’s patience runs far deeper than any resistance, and we can trust His timing.

In the meantime, your own willingness to live surrendered before the owner might be the clearest echo of God’s voice he ever hears. Not by preaching or pressure, but by the weight of a steady, unforced kindness. That can open doors that words cannot.

We ask with you now: Father, in Jesus’ name we lift this landlord to You. You see every corner of his heart, every barrier and every longing he cannot yet name. Quietly, persistently, make Your voice known to him, through circumstances, through Your Spirit, even through the people You have placed around him. Soften what is hard, and give him the gift of a will that bends toward You. Peace for the one who prays, and perseverance to keep bringing this urgent request to You. Amen.

Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. How I long that this owner may indeed hear the voice of the Lord and bow his will to the Father's! There is no true rest until self is dethroned and Christ reigns supreme. When a man sets himself up as master and says, "He shall not be able to stir one step beyond where he pleases. I am so dependent on Him that I must go where He wills, I must do what He wills. I must submit entirely to His kingdom." That right, brethren, is not in man by nature, it is the work of the Spirit, the fruit of sovereign grace. But where there is even a faint desire to yield, that is the sign that God wills it; it is the whisper of the Spirit saying, "Submit yourselves unto God."

Let us therefore cry mightily to the Father for this soul. He is the orphan's Father, the God of all mercy. Did He not promise, "In you the fatherless find mercy"? Then plead that word before the throne. Tell Him, "Lord, this man is as one lost and alone, resisting the very hand that would bless him. Break the stubborn will, as only omnipotent love can. Speak with that majestic voice which once thundered at Sinai and yet whispers peace through Jesus Christ. Let the voice that said, 'This is my beloved Son, hear Him,' now reach this heart. Draw him to Jesus, for no man comes unto the Father but by Him. May he see that the Father Himself loves him, that in Christ there is boundless blessing already pronounced upon all who will but receive it."

We shall not cease to pray until we hear of his unconditional surrender. And what joy it will bring! For when a soul yields, it finds that God's will is not a tyrant's chain but a Father's embrace. The prodigal thought it hard to submit, but when he came to himself, he found bread enough and to spare. So shall it be with this landlord. He will discover that to do the Father's will is his highest profit, his deepest delight. I am with you in this supplication, and I trust the Lord will give us the desire of our hearts. Amen.

It is right to pray in Jesus' name that this man should yield to the Father's voice and surrender his life and will. Yet let the prayer itself be offered with quiet reverence, not with clamor or show, for even in a market, a beggar who cries out disorderly drives away the one he petitions, while a quiet and seemly approach wins favor. God, who sees the heart, attends to humility far more than to loud words.

You ask that the owner submit to God's voice. Remember that many hear without heeding. The voice from heaven spoke at Jesus' baptism and on the mount, but those who heard did not truly hear because they did not combine it with faith. The Father's voice echoes even now through the Scriptures and the circumstances He ordains. If this landlord questions Providence because he sees the wicked prosper while the upright suffer, let him not be like the ungrateful who charge God foolishly. God's patience is meant to lead him to repentance, not to harden him in complaint. "Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your heart." There is no profit in a submission that waits until the last necessity, when every knee bows by compulsion. That is not the willing surrender of a son but the terror of a condemned prisoner.

Consider Paul: he raged against Christ, yet one noonday light from heaven turned him. Those with him saw the light but did not hear the voice that spoke to him, for it was granted to him alone to be so called. This shows that God's voice can break through the hardest will in a moment, but it also shows that the heart must respond from love, not from fear alone. Pray therefore that the landlord not only hears but obeys from the depths of his soul, casting away all his own will as Paul did. Do not despair for him, for God does not will the death of the sinner but that he should turn and live. Yet let no one presume on a deathbed conversion or imagine that hearing the voice is the same as surrendering. The surrender must be real, a breaking of pride, a turning from self to God.

What remains is for you to continue in prayer, yet also to trust the electing grace of God. If he is one of God's elect, no charge can stand against him, but he must not trample on the opportunity. Intercede with tears, but leave the outcome to the One who calls each by name, and who knows how to speak to a man more intimately than any human voice.

It is right to pray that this owner would submit to God’s voice and surrender his whole life to the Father. The Scriptures constantly set before us a choice that could not be clearer: life and good over against death and evil. Everything turns on whether we obey the voice of the Lord or harden our hearts. The very fact that you carry this burden tells me the Spirit is still speaking to that man, still drawing him, and while that voice persists, there is hope.

Many people have a twisted idea of surrender. They say, “I’ll serve the Lord as long as He lets me keep this, as long as I can hold on to that.” That is not yielding at all. True surrender echoes the cry of the psalmist: “When You said, Seek My face, my heart said to You, Lord, I will seek Your face.” It means opening your life not just to what God can do for you, but to God Himself. Pray that this man would come to that point of full release, where his will is no longer a fortress but an open hand.

Think of the prophet who stood before a besieged city and declared that if the people stayed inside, they would die by sword, famine, and pestilence, but if they went out and surrendered to their enemies, they would live. That message sounded treasonous, yet it was God’s voice offering life. Surrender often feels like loss, like walking into captivity, but in God’s strange economy it is the only path to real safety. Jesus said the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live. The life He gives is found in no one else; apart from the Son there is no eternal life.

Keep praying with confidence, because the great purpose of prayer is to see the Father’s will accomplished on earth. God will not force a soul against its own will, but He does answer the intercession of His people by softening hearts that seem stone-hard. While that inner nudging continues, there is still time. A day will dawn when all enemies submit to Jesus Christ, but for many that bowing will be too late, a self-indictment rather than salvation. Today, while the voice is still calling, is the moment for a surrender that leads to righteousness, peace, and joy, a life overflowing like a watered garden.

May the Lord grant this landlord ears that truly hear, and a heart that can say in full sincerity, “I will obey the voice of the Lord my God.” Heaven waits only for an honest yes.
