Landlord

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus name for the owner to submit to God’s voice and surrenders his life and all his will to the Father!! Amen!!!🙏

We hear your heartfelt cry for this landlord, and we join you in lifting him up before the throne of grace. It is a beautiful thing to intercede for others, especially those who may not yet know the Lord or have surrendered their lives fully to Him. The Word of God tells us in 1 Timothy 2:1-4, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to the full knowledge of the truth."

Let us pray together for this landlord, that the Holy Spirit would convict his heart and draw him into a deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You would soften the heart of this landlord. Lord, we pray that he would hear Your voice clearly and respond with a willing and obedient heart. May he surrender his life, his will, his plans, and his possessions to You, recognizing that everything he has comes from Your hand. We ask that You would break any chains of pride, selfishness, or worldly attachments that may be hindering him from fully submitting to You. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let him experience the peace, joy, and freedom that comes from knowing You as his Savior and Lord. We declare that he will come to the full knowledge of the truth and walk in the light of Your love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We also want to encourage you in your role as an intercessor. Your prayers are powerful and effective, as James 5:16 reminds us, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." Do not grow weary in praying for this landlord, for the seeds you are sowing in the spirit will bear fruit in due season. Keep your heart open to how the Lord may use you to be a light to this person, showing them the love of Christ through your actions and words.

It is also important to remember that our ultimate goal in praying for others is not just to see their circumstances change, but to see their hearts transformed by the gospel. As we pray for this landlord, let us also pray that God would use him mightily for His kingdom, whether that be through his business, his family, or his community. Let us trust that God is working even when we cannot see it, and that His timing is perfect. Continue to stand in the gap for this landlord, knowing that your prayers are making a difference in the spiritual realm.

We’re joining you in this, wholeheartedly. It’s a beautiful thing when we care enough about someone, even a landlord, who might just be a name on a lease to most, to ask God to capture their whole life. That kind of prayer comes from a place of genuine love, not just convenience.

We’ve found that when we pray for someone’s surrender, we’re asking for a process that’s usually quieter and slower than we’d prefer. God’s voice often sounds like a persistent nudge, not a shout. So your prayer today is planting a seed that may take time to break ground. Keep at it, not out of anxiety but out of hope. You might also find it helpful to pray specifically that anything blocking his ears, fear, pride, past hurt, busyness, would be gently set aside. Sometimes that’s what “submitting” looks like: the obstacles losing their grip.

And remember, your steady, unseen prayer is part of the work God does in someone’s life. You are not powerless in this. You’re standing in the gap, and that matters.

Let’s pray now.

Father, we lift up this landlord to You, a person You know completely. We ask that Your voice would break through every distraction and resistance he carries, and that his heart would soften to the point of simple surrender, his life, his will, his whole self placed in Your hands. Give him the courage to stop fighting for control and the peace that comes when he finally lets You lead. And sustain the one praying; give patience and faith as they wait for You to move. In Jesus’ name, amen.

It is a fearful thing to play the tenant who defies the Great Landlord of all souls, for He holds the key to every chamber of your being and will one day require an account of the premises. Your prayer is the cry of wisdom, that the owner might at last cease from the madness of self-rule and bow before the voice that shakes both heaven and earth. The will of man, when it sets itself against the Almighty, is but a potsherd striving with its maker; yet the wonder of grace is this: that God, whose will is the very axle of the universe, stoops to change our stubborn hearts and make us willing in the day of His power. Surrender is not defeat but the shining path to peace, for there is no happiness till self is dethroned and Christ sits upon the throne of the affections.

Let this soul no longer ask with proud Pharaoh, "Who is the Lord that I should obey His voice?" but rather fall before the pierced feet and cry, "Lord God, I own Thee now to be King." The trumpet will soon proclaim His appearing, and all who stood in rebellion will weep in another tone when that great day has at last come. But now, today, He spreads His hands and asks, "Will you yield to Me? Will you end the war?" And for every heart that throws down its weapons, He gives His own sure word: "I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy." Pray on with holy boldness, knowing that the Lord will not cast off forever, but will run to embrace the prodigal who arises and seeks the Father’s house.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is a blessed thing to intercede for the soul of another, for such prayer aligns with the will of God, who desires not the death of a sinner but that he should turn and live. You do well to ask in the name of Jesus, for no other name has been given under heaven by which we must be saved. Yet remember: the voice that calls a man to surrender is the Bridegroom’s voice, and when that voice is truly heard, there is great rejoicing. So pray with confidence, but also with patience and a quiet spirit, knowing that it is God who works in the heart to will and to act for His good pleasure.

Let your own life be a light that glorifies your Father in heaven. If the owner sees in you a servant who submits joyfully, who speaks no evil, who honors even the unbelieving master for the sake of the Name, then the doctrine of Christ will not be blasphemed but adorned. By this you may win him more than by many words. For the freedom we have in Christ is not a license for insubordination, but a call to faithful service, that God may be praised.

Do not weary in your entreaties. The Lord hears the cry of the humble, and He is able to break the hardest heart. Though the owner seems far off, not of this fold, yet the Good Shepherd has other sheep that must be brought in, and they will hear His voice. So stand and pray, and you will hear the voice of the Bridegroom and rejoice greatly, not only for your own salvation but for the salvation of another, which is a richer gain still. And remember that when a sinner turns, it is not by human merit but by the will of God who called us, not because we were worthy, but because it seemed good to Him.

Therefore, give thanks even now, as if the answer were already given. For to pray in Jesus’ name is to ask according to His promises, and He is faithful. The owner’s surrender is not your work, but His who calls; yet your prayer is a sweet incense, and your righteous deeds are a sacrifice pleasing to God. Persevere, and do not doubt that He who began a good work will be faithful to complete it.

That prayer rises from a heart that understands the real issue. The struggle is not ultimately between a tenant and a landlord, or even between a person and their circumstances. It is a battle for the will, and the battlefield is the soul. The voice of God calls out, setting before every person the way of life and the way of death. To hear that voice and yield is life; to build walls of resistance is to choose a desolation that did not have to be. So your prayer is exactly on target.

There is a profound mercy in the fact that God is still speaking. As long as that voice can be heard, there is hope. The tragedy comes when a heart grows so accustomed to shutting it out that the voice is no longer perceived. You are asking for the owner’s ears to be opened. You are asking that before the hardening sets in, there will be a surrender. This is not about a reluctant capitulation to a hostile force but a willing submission to a loving Father. We are never more free than when we surrender our will to the One who created us.

Remember, no one can work their way into God’s favor. A person can be a decent landlord, a fair businessman, or a kind neighbor, and yet stand on the brink of ruin because they are clinging to their own righteousness instead of clinging to the Lord Himself. God will not accept anyone’s works as the payment for their soul. The call is to surrender the whole life, the entire will, into His hands. It is the burnt offering of consecration, holding nothing back. That is what you are praying for: not just a change in behavior, but a transfer of ownership from self to the Savior.

The spiritual weapons given to us are mighty for pulling down these very strongholds. Prayer is not persuading a reluctant God to give in; prayer is aligning with His stated desire to have all people turn to Him. You are standing in the gap, lifting up your voice for another. God attends to the voice of prayer. So do not grow weary in this. The very fact that this person is on your heart and that you are moved to pray is evidence of the Spirit’s work. Continue to ask that the Lord’s hand would be on this situation, that the owner would hearken diligently to the Lord’s voice, and that his surrender would be complete, for the glory of God’s name.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you for your landlord. It is a sacred honor to lift him before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to draw near to him and make His voice unmistakably clear. We have continued to intercede, asking the Holy Spirit to soften his heart, open his ears to God’s truth, and lead him into full surrender—body, soul, and spirit—to the will of the Father.

If the Lord has already moved in this situation and your landlord has given his life to Christ or taken steps of obedience, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report! Please share how God has answered so that we may rejoice together in His faithfulness. If, however, the answer has not yet come, we encourage you to post this request again as a new prayer need. We are committed to standing with you in persistent, faith-filled intercession until the Lord brings the breakthrough.

May the peace of Christ guard your heart as you trust in His perfect timing. We continue to pray that your landlord’s eyes would be opened to the love and lordship of Jesus, that he would lay down every resistance, and that his life would be transformed by the power of the Gospel. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
