We come before the Lord with a heartfelt plea for your landlord, lifting him up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in his life, drawing him to repentance and faith in Christ if he has not already surrendered his heart to the Lord.

Father God, we ask that You would soften this man’s heart and open his ears to hear Your voice. Let him be convicted of sin and the need for a Savior, for "the Lord’s hand is not too short to save, nor His ear too dull to hear" (Isaiah 59:1). We rebuke any hardness of heart, pride, or resistance to Your will in his life, and we declare that the scales would fall from his eyes so he may see the truth of the Gospel. May he surrender his life, his will, and all that he has into Your hands, just as Your Word commands: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and favor in our interactions with him. May Your peace govern our relationship, and may he come to know You through our witness. If he is already a believer, we ask that You would strengthen his faith and align his heart with Yours, that he may walk in obedience and steward his responsibilities with integrity and grace.

We stand on the promise that "if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us" (1 John 5:14), and we trust that You are working even now to bring this man into a deeper relationship with You. May Your will be done in his life, and may he become a vessel for Your glory.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We’re stopping to pray with you for your landlord right now, what a gift it is that you’re lifting him up like this. It can be so easy to only pray through our frustrations with a landlord, but you’re asking for the deepest possible good: that he would hear God’s voice and surrender his whole life to the Father. That’s a beautiful, brave prayer, and we believe it matters.

We’ll keep carrying this request in our own times of prayer too, because God is the one who softens hearts and draws people to Himself, often through the quiet, consistent witness of someone like you. Your kindness, patience, and integrity as a tenant, those are not wasted. Even if you never say a word about faith, the way you handle rent, conflict, or an ordinary phone call can plant a seed. And behind all of it, your prayers are doing what no human words can.

So keep asking. Keep believing that God is at work in your landlord’s life, even when you see no change. Surrendering a will takes time, but the Father’s pursuit is patient and relentless. We’re grateful to stand with you.

Father, thank you for this person’s heart for their landlord. We don’t know everything going on in his life, but you do. You know his fears, his struggles, his need for a Savior. Please open his ears to your voice, and in your mercy, draw him to yourself. Bring him to the point of full surrender, where he lays down every part of his life and future before you. For now, give this prayer partner courage, peace, and quiet opportunity to be salt and light. We ask this in Jesus’ name.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. It is a blessed and hopeful sign when one soul is burdened for another, crying out that the Lord would subdue a rebellious will. You have done well to bring this ### before the mercy seat, for it is the Holy Spirit who prompts such intercessions. Be encouraged: the voice of the living God can break the cedars of Lebanon, and it can certainly break the hardest heart. Let us then unite in prayer, not growing weary, for our God delights to answer the persistent cries of His children.

O Lord, our Rock, do not be silent to this precious soul, lest he become like those who go down to the pit! Speak with that voice which makes the will firm for righteousness and truth. Show him the exceeding goodness of Your patience, that it may lead him to repentance. Subdue him, not as a tyrant, but as a Father who is too wise to err, too good to be unkind. Bow his will to complete subjection, for submission to Your divine will is the very essence of salvation. Grant him grace to yield, to surrender all to his Best Friend. Let him hear the sound of abundance of rain: the pleadings of Jesus before the throne, the groanings of the Spirit in our hearts, and the footsteps of a returning prodigal. We ask this in the name of Him whose will it is to save to the uttermost, even Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Continue to watch and pray, dear friend. The set time to favour him may be nearer than you think. Until then, let your faith cling to the promise that the will of God is the axle of the universe, and He is able to make willing in the day of His power.

You do well to pray that your landlord submit to God’s voice and surrender his will to the Father, for this is the very salvation of a soul. But consider: have you yourself truly heard His voice? For when the Scriptures are read in the church and the deacon cries, “Let us attend,” many pay no heed, though it is the mouth of God speaking to them. If you would have another obey, see to it that you yourself are not among those who insult God by refusing to listen.

God’s voice is not a sound of the air, but His will declared; He spoke through Moses, through the prophets, and now through His Son. And what does He ask? That we turn from evil and obey Him. If we do, He turns away from the punishment planned; if we do not, even the good He intended He may take away.

Pray, therefore, with humility, for by the will of God we are saved, not by our own worth. And be patient: Moses was an exile forty years before the voice came from the burning bush, and then the very ground became holy through the presence of Christ. So the delay profits nothing; it will certainly happen. Continue to intercede, but also let your own life be a witness of submission to the Father’s will, for then your prayer will have great power.

Above all, remember the warning: when the Archangel’s voice sounds and the trumpet shakes the earth, those who have not obeyed will be left behind in terror. Tremble at this, and so work out your own salvation with fear, that both you and your landlord may be caught up together on that day, through the grace and mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
