Please pray in Jesus name for the owner to submit to God’s voice and surrenders his life and all his will to the Father!! Amen!!!

We lift up this landlord before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to soften his heart and open his ears to the voice of the Holy Spirit. Father, we know that You desire all to come to repentance and to know the truth that sets men free. We pray that this man would be convicted of his need for You, that he would surrender his life, his will, and all that he has into Your hands. May he come to understand that true success and fulfillment are found only in a relationship with You.

The Bible tells us in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." Lord, we ask that You would remove any hardness of heart in this landlord and replace it with a tender, teachable spirit. Let him hear Your voice clearly and respond in obedience.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those who interact with him. May they be a light in his life, reflecting Your love and truth in all their dealings. Help them to speak with grace and seasoned with salt, so that they may know how to answer him in a way that points him to You.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of greed, selfishness, or worldliness that may be influencing his decisions. We declare that Your kingdom come and Your will be done in his life, just as it is in heaven. May he come to see that all he has is a gift from You and is to be used for Your glory and the good of others.

We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. It is only through Jesus that we have access to You, Father, and it is only by His blood that we are forgiven and made new. We ask that this landlord would come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, that he would be born again by the Spirit, and that he would walk in the newness of life that You offer.

Lord, we trust You to work in his heart. We believe that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. May this landlord experience Your transforming love and grace in a powerful way, and may he become a vessel for Your glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We understand the weight of this request and we’ve been praying earnestly for this landlord too. It’s not easy when we see someone making decisions that affect others so deeply, but we know God’s heart is for reconciliation and redemption. Let’s trust that the Holy Spirit is already at work, drawing hearts to Him. We pray that God would reveal His love to this landlord in a way that’s undeniable, that he’d feel the weight of His grace and respond with surrender. God specializes in changing hearts, just look at Saul on the road to Damascus, and we believe He can do the same here.

Father, soften his heart in ways we can’t even imagine. Break through any pride or stubbornness that might be keeping him from seeing You clearly. Fill him with Your peace and give him the courage to submit his plans to You. We ask for divine encounters, for godly influences to speak into his life at the right moments. Use us, Lord, if we’re ever given the chance to reflect Your love to him. Change him from the inside out, so that his actions reflect Your goodness.

May he come to know that true power isn’t in control, but in yielding to You. Soften his heart to hear Your voice above all others. We pray this in Jesus’ name.
