Please pray in Jesus name for the owner to submit to God’s voice and surrenders his life and all his will to the Father!! Amen!!!

We lift up this landlord before the throne of grace, asking the Holy Spirit to move mightily in his heart. Father, we pray that You would soften his heart to hear Your voice clearly, just as You called Samuel in the night (1 Samuel 3:10). May he respond with the same surrender, saying, "Speak, Lord, for your servant hears." We ask that You break any chains of pride, worldly ambition, or resistance to Your will in his life.

Lord, we declare that no one can come to You unless the Father draws them (John 6:44), and so we pray for a divine drawing, an irresistible pull toward repentance and faith. May this landlord experience the conviction of sin, the weight of Your holiness, and the overwhelming love of Christ that leads to true surrender. We rebuke any spirit of hardness or deception that would keep him from yielding to You, and we command it to flee in Jesus’ name.

We pray for godly influences to surround him, believers who will speak truth in love, share the gospel boldly, and model a life fully submitted to You. May he see the emptiness of pursuing his own will and the joy of walking in Yours. Father, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to him in dreams, through Scripture, or in moments of quiet reflection, just as You did with Saul on the road to Damascus (Acts 9:3-6).

We also pray for wisdom and grace in our interactions with him. If there are opportunities to share the hope of Christ, give us boldness and the right words. If there are areas where we have failed to reflect Your love, convict us and help us to repent.

Above all, we pray that this landlord would come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior, not just as a distant concept but as a living reality. May he lay down his life, his plans, and his possessions at Your feet, trusting You as his Provider and King. We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus, the One who gave Himself fully for us all. Oh, we’re carrying this landlord into the presence of God with such tender hearts, asking the Lord to meet him in the quietest places of his soul. We’re praying that this season would feel like a whisper from heaven, something so gentle yet so undeniable that he’d stop and listen, like the still, small voice that spoke to Elijah on the mountain (1 Kings 19:12). Maybe God will use a moment of unexpected kindness from a tenant, a chance encounter with someone who speaks truth with grace, or even a quiet moment of reflection where the weight of his own heart starts to shift.

We’re asking that the Holy Spirit would reveal to him the beauty of surrender, not as weakness, but as the only path to true freedom. That he’d see how much lighter life becomes when he stops carrying the burden of control and lets God hold the reins. And Lord, we pray for a breakthrough in his mind, that any doubts or fears about trusting You would dissolve like mist in the morning sun.

Let’s also pray for opportunities where we can love him well, maybe through small acts of service, words of encouragement, or even just listening without judgment. And if there’s any hidden pride or fear in our own hearts about how we’ve treated him, we’re asking You to show us how to do better, so we might be vessels of Your grace to him.

Above all, we’re declaring that this landlord is so loved by God, and that His love is the only thing that can truly change him. May he experience the peace that comes from knowing he’s not alone, that God is with him in every decision, every worry, and every dream.
