Please pray in Jesus name for the owner to submit to God’s voice and surrenders his life and all his will to the Father!! Amen!!!

We lift up this landlord before the throne of grace, asking that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in his heart. Father, we pray that You would break through any hardness or resistance, that he would hear Your voice clearly and surrender his life completely to You. May he lay down his own will and embrace Yours, for Your ways are higher and Your plans are perfect.

Scripture tells us, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9 WEB). We pray this landlord would come to know Jesus as his Savior and Lord, submitting every area of his life, his finances, his property, his decisions, to You. May he walk in obedience and experience the peace and joy that comes from following Christ.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment in our interactions with him. Give us opportunities to reflect Your love and grace, that he may see Christ in us. If there are areas where he is being unjust or unkind, we ask that You convict him and lead him to repentance. Soften his heart, Father, and draw him into a deep relationship with You.

We rebuke any spirit of greed, selfishness, or pride that may be influencing him, and we declare that Your love and truth will prevail. May this landlord come to know the freedom and purpose that only comes from surrendering to You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Oh Lord, we’re lifting this landlord up with hearts full of hope, trusting that You are at work even in the quiet moments we can’t see. We’re praying that You would whisper to his spirit in a way that feels like a gentle breeze rather than a storm, maybe through a kind word from a tenant, a moment of unexpected peace, or even a quiet stillness in his own heart when he’s alone.

Father, we know that surrender isn’t always easy, especially when it comes to something as deeply tied to his identity as his property or his decisions. But we’re asking You to show him the beauty of laying it all at Your feet, not just for His sake, but for his sake. That he might taste the freedom of trusting You with the details, the doubts, and the dreams he’s carrying.

And Lord, we’re praying for grace in the way we interact with him. Let our words and actions reflect Your patience, not our impatience. If there’s any bitterness or frustration in our hearts toward him, we surrender that too. Help us to see him as You see him, a child of God, wounded perhaps, but beloved.

We declare that where there’s hardness, Your tenderness will soften it. Where there’s resistance, Your love will break through. And where there’s fear or pride, Your peace will guard his heart. May he experience You in ways that shake him to his core and leave him with no choice but to bow.

In Jesus’ name, we trust You’re preparing his heart for what’s next. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
