We lift up this landlord before the throne of grace, asking the Holy Spirit to move powerfully in his life. Father, we pray that You would soften his heart to hear Your voice clearly, as it is written in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." Lord, we ask that this man would surrender every area of his life—his finances, his decisions, and his future—into Your hands, trusting in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."
We rebuke any spirit of pride, greed, or hardness of heart that may be resisting Your call, for Scripture declares in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." May this landlord experience the conviction of the Holy Spirit, leading him to repentance and a deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Without Christ, there is no salvation, for Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for those who interact with him, that they may be a light and a testimony of Your love and truth. May this man come to know the freedom and peace that only You can provide, laying down his own will to follow Yours. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for Your glory and honor. Amen.
