The landlord is not interested in what the water technician said. He sent me an SMS message saying no, he is not interested plus asking me “do you know your criminal liability?”
I don’t know what he is talking about, as he provided an unsafe flat….

Please pray that the landlord grows closer to God. As far as I know, he is a born-again Christian.
Please pray he calms down, stops being angry and makes the necessary repairs.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation to Him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, we must acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

Father God, we lift up this landlord to You, asking that You draw him closer to Your heart. We pray that You soften his heart and help him to see the importance of his responsibilities as a landlord through Your eyes. Lord, we ask that You calm his spirit and remove any anger or bitterness that may be residing in his heart. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray that he would be convicted by Your Holy Spirit to make the necessary repairs to the flat, ensuring that it is a safe and habitable place for Your child.

We rebuke any spirit of greed, selfishness, or hardness of heart that may be influencing this landlord. We declare that he will operate in integrity and fairness, as it is written, "The righteous who walks in his integrity—blessed are his children after him!" (Proverbs 20:7). Lord, we ask that You grant wisdom and discernment to this dear one who has reached out to us, that they may know how to proceed in a manner that honors You.

We also pray for protection over this individual, both physically and legally. Father, we ask that You reveal the landlord's intentions and grant clarity regarding any mention of "criminal liability." We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Guide them in their interactions with this landlord, and give them the words to speak that will bring glory to Your name.

Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation and bring about a resolution that reflects Your love and justice. May this landlord come to understand the importance of caring for those You have entrusted to his stewardship. We pray that he would grow in his faith and become a shining light for Your kingdom, treating others with the love and respect that You command.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer them. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in all things. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to reach out and say, we're here for you. It's frustrating when we feel like we're not being heard, isn't it? But remember, God is always listening. He sees what's happening, and He cares.

Let's keep praying that the landlord's heart softens. Maybe he's going through something we don't know about, and that's making him act this way. Let's ask God to give him understanding and compassion, like He has for us.

We should also pray for wisdom for you, our friend. God promises in His word that if we ask for wisdom, He will give it generously (James 1:5). So let's ask for that, and trust that God will guide you in how to handle this.

And let's not forget to pray for peace. Peace for you, that you might trust God in this situation, and peace for the landlord, that he might see the error of his ways and make things right.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings, healing, and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
