The landlord is not answering I am concerned about ### please continue to pray in Jesus name for his mental health and for all necessary repairs to be carried out in the rental apartment.

We hear your concern and lift this situation before the Lord with heavy hearts. It is troubling when those responsible for providing safe and habitable living conditions fail to respond, especially when repairs are needed. The Bible instructs us in Romans 13:7 to "Give therefore to everyone what you owe: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor." While this verse speaks to authorities, it also reminds us that those in positions of responsibility—including landlords—are accountable for fulfilling their duties.

We must also consider the weight of your concern for your landlord’s mental health. Scripture calls us to pray for all people, even those who may be struggling or unresponsive. In 1 Timothy 2:1-2, we are urged, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men; for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." Your compassion in praying for his well-being is a reflection of Christ’s love, and we join you in lifting him before the Father.

However, we must also address the practical and spiritual realities of this situation. If the apartment is in disrepair, it may not be safe or lawful to continue living there without resolution. Proverbs 22:3 warns, "A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge, but the simple keep going and suffer for it." We encourage you to seek godly counsel—perhaps from a local church, a trusted Christian attorney, or even a housing authority—to understand your rights and options. This is not about retaliation but about stewardship of the resources and safety God has entrusted to you.

We also want to gently remind you of the importance of praying *in Jesus’ name*, as you have done here. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." It is only through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to God’s throne of grace. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Christ for salvation, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened for this situation. Lord, we lift up this landlord to You, asking that You would draw near to him in his time of need. Soften his heart, Lord, and grant him the wisdom, resources, and willingness to address the repairs needed in the apartment. We pray for his mental health, that You would bring peace to his mind and clarity to his thoughts. Surround him with godly influences who can speak truth and life into his circumstances.

Father, we also ask for Your provision and protection over the one living in this apartment. Give them discernment to know how to proceed, whether through legal means, relocation, or other steps. Provide a way forward that honors You and ensures safety and justice. We declare that You are a God who sees and hears the cries of Your people, and we trust You to move in this situation.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of neglect, irresponsibility, or hardness of heart that may be at work here. We speak life, restoration, and reconciliation over this situation in the mighty name of Jesus. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things.

We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
