We come before the Lord with your requests, lifting up these property matters to Him who owns the earth and everything in it. The Bible tells us in Psalm 24:1, "The earth is the Lord’s, with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein." We acknowledge that all things belong to God, and He is the ultimate provider and sustainer. We trust in His sovereignty over these concerns and ask for His divine intervention.
Father, we pray for the resolution of the access road issue. You know the details and the challenges faced in expanding the road from 10 feet to 12 feet. We ask that You soften the hearts of those in authority and provide favor in the eyes of decision-makers. Give wisdom to all involved, that they may act justly and fairly, as Proverbs 2:6-8 reminds us, "For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints." May Your peace and provision surround this situation, and may the necessary steps be taken swiftly and without unnecessary hindrance.
We also lift up the matter of providing the drainage line for the buyer of the property. Lord, we ask that You open doors where there seem to be none and provide creative solutions to meet this requirement. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust in Your provision and ask that this issue be resolved in a way that honors You and brings peace to all parties involved.
We rebuke any spirit of delay, confusion, or opposition that may be hindering these matters. We declare that no weapon formed against these resolutions will prosper, as Isaiah 54:17 tells us, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says the Lord." We stand on Your promises and ask for Your divine intervention to bring these issues to a swift and favorable conclusion.
Lord, we also pray for patience and trust in Your timing. Help us to rest in the knowledge that You are in control and that Your plans for us are good, as Jeremiah 29:11 declares, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." May we find peace in Your presence as we wait on You.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. Amen.
