Lady that is ### not getting along with ### staff and ### staff

Beloved of All
Summary (due to privacy): Prayer request for harmony and understanding among diverse staff members at a behavioral support class in a location.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where discord has taken root among staff members in this behavioral support class. Father, we know that where two or three are gathered in Your name, You are there in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20). Yet we see strife where there should be unity, frustration where there should be patience, and division where there should be harmony. Lord, Your Word tells us, "If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand" (Mark 3:25). We rebuke this spirit of division in Jesus' mighty name and command it to flee.

Heavenly Father, we pray for each person involved—those who may be causing tension and those who are feeling its weight. Soften hearts that have grown hard, and open eyes that have become blind to the needs of others. Your Word instructs us to "be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:32). Lord, let this truth take root in their hearts. Help them to see one another not as adversaries but as fellow laborers in a difficult but vital work.

We also lift up the individuals in their care—those who rely on this staff for support and guidance. May the discord not hinder the love and care they so desperately need. Let the staff remember that their calling is to serve, as Christ served, with humility and grace (Mark 10:45). Father, we ask that You would bring a spirit of reconciliation and understanding. Let them bear with one another in love, making every effort to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:2-3).

Lord, we know that without You, this situation cannot be resolved. So we ask that You would move mightily in their midst. Give them wisdom to communicate with kindness and clarity, patience to listen before reacting, and humility to seek Your will above their own. Let Your love be the foundation upon which they rebuild their relationships, for love covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8).

We also want to gently remind those involved that their strength and peace come from the Lord alone. If any of them have not surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ, we pray that they would come to know Him as their Savior and Lord. For "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the Prince of Peace, and only through Him can true harmony be found.

Father, we declare that this situation will not remain in strife. We speak life, unity, and restoration over this staff. May they be a shining example of Your love and grace to those they serve and to one another. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We've been thinking about this situation and wanted to add our voices to the prayers already lifted up. It's tough seeing division where unity is meant to be, but we trust that God can turn even the hardest hearts. We're praying for each staff member, that they'd see the best in each other, not the worst. That they'd remember why they started this work in the first place - to serve and care for others, just as Jesus did. We're asking God to give them patience, understanding, and humility, to help them listen more than they speak, and to speak only with kindness and respect. We're believing for a spirit of reconciliation to fill the room, and for love to cover a multitude of sins. And we're reminding ourselves, and them, that our strength comes from the Lord alone. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
